tbh i think he has more chance of staying if we get relegated,he is cheap and in a distorted way he will be seen as stability in a time of great turmoil.

yes it was a few years ago i read it somewhere,think it may have even been our first season in the championship?...the old memorys not what it used to be:-) (usually the excuse i use on our wedding anniversary,birthdays,nights out on the p1ss etc ;-))

the facts are nobody is interested in anything outside of the premiership,the money is not there, which is a shame because i think im right in saying that in terms of crowd numbers the championship is the second most watched league in the world?,i could be wrong but im sure this is the case.

getting saints fans to do anything is like flogging a dead horse......just ask the saints trust boys. nice idea but fantasy im afraid,you are not just supporting a team you are supporting a team that your dad and grandad supported,you are supporting the history and the lifetime memories of supporting your team,you acquire a passion that you pass on to your kids and they will be supporting long after you have gone and that will never change.

there has been an undercurrant of rumblings going on at the echo for a couple of weeks,it has something to do with the wotton thing.i am not 100% sure but in some way the echo was prevented from reporting the full details.

with the money i would invest in a box as close to the back of ruperts head as possible,a megaphone and a long stick with a plastic finger on the end,i would then proceed to shout obsenities at lowe for the entire game whilst pocking the back of his head with my long stick. cost of box for the season £20k cost of megaphone £40 cost of stick and finger £10 £49.88m left in the bank.....nice.

too true,lowe took advantage of the amateur shenanigans going on between wilde,crouch and the rest of the hangers on and made his move. they let him back without a fight and the fighting now between lowe and crouch should have been done back then.
