Come on Saints keep the pressure on & win. Same line up, lets have the same result. -
F**KING Alan Willey may as well have had a Skate shirt on CHEATING C**T. Disallows a perfectly good equaliser & then gives them a penalty for a good challenge that won the ball CHEATS

Deluded F**kers still bleating about the nasty FA premier league, heard Sky sports news interviewing some skates earlier on Wembley way complaining about the 9-points and how they could have stayed up but for that ROTFPMSL. For F**K sake when will you wake up ITS YOUR FAULT YOU DELUDED HALFWITS NOBODY ELSE'S! CHEATS I hate to say it but COME ON YOU SPURS just for today.
-
Great result today Just need Spurs to do the buisness tomorrow, as the trigger for the Armageddon to follow. Hopefully when they've lost next week will be a very interesting week. BYE BYE CHEATS!:smt040:smt040:smt040

Good set of results today, shame that Colchester won but the dream lives on. If we can claw back another 3 points by 5.0pm next Saturday then win our game in hand. Then we will really have some momentum going into the final stages, with the pressure growing on Huddersfield & Colchester.
-
I hope we hit the ground running like the JPT game against Charlton. I've gone for 2-1 Saints COYR keep the dream alive for another week.

Who do you want to join us from the CCC
Under Weststand replied to Thedelldays's topic in The Saints
If I had a choice it would be QPR as they've been controlled abysmally for the last couple of years & probably Watford, I hate Watford for that 7 goal nightmare in the milk cup & their standard of football. But I really think its about time that we just concentrated on Saints and let other teams worry about us. -

What a bunch of gung ho F**K-wits it makes your blood boil. Their disgusting enthusiasm for the murder & the laughing at their murderous acts is as said, quite chilling. -
I don't hate you GS, But I like most on here just can't understand your constant b*tching & negativity. When we lose you complain why cant we grind out a result. When this week we've done just that twice 2-2 draw with Brighton who had been on a winning run, & who hadn't conceded a goal in 5 games, & then we don't perform well but win today. And yet all you do is carp on & on, we know it wasn't pretty today but still it was 3-points. You always seem to find negatives even out of positives. We wont win all our games with flair & wonderful football every week, & you dismiss in a sarcastic way the -10 points & the lack of pre-season that led to the poor first 10 games as a mere excuse, & wonder why people have a go at you.
-
That does put it into perspective, 3-wins & 3-draws for Huddersfield from 7 games would probably do it for them. They would need to slip up somewhere else to keep us in with a shout. As much as I'd like us to, I just not sure we can win all 7 games. It would be a gutter to miss out by a point, all we can do is keep winning & hope the pressure effects them.

Saints V Orient Post Match Reaction Thread
Under Weststand replied to St Landrew's topic in The Saints
Sounds like a poor performance, but we do seem to be grinding out results at the moment. A win is a win & we have finally got under 10-points mark just 8-points from the play-off's. Still probably to much to make up, but you just never know in this game. -
That is the truest words spoken about the Cheats for weeks. Just watch the s**t storm the week after they get annihilated in the semi-final. I can't wait to here Alcoholics Anonymous blustering his way through on the Monday. Knowing that he can't keep the charade going a moment longer. As for the brothel boy Avram he just can't leave it alone can he, that interview again, when asked about relegation he said the premier league made the decision in January its not been decided on the pitch, Oh please give it a rest, you've been CHEATING all season, but your getting retribution on the pitch at the moment with injuries & suspensions. Serves you right you CHEATS! Its going to be a sickening love feast this week with Saggy chops gushing about the marvellous club & fans :vom: all 16k of them, have they sold their allocation yet.

Burnley v Citeh. Would you leave early if it was Saints?
Under Weststand replied to lordswoodsaints's topic in The Saints
I did it once First Game back in Division 1 78/79 season away to Norwich, the coach got lost & didn't get there until just before half time, i was just paying my entrance fee when there was a massive roar from the home crowd 1-0 down 2 more goals 2nd half & 3-0 Norwich so walked out about a minute to go just gone down the back of the steps & Ted MacDougal scored & I missed it. Carp day got there late carp result but missed the only high point. You just never know what will happen in football that is what is so great about the game. -
Who won't be at Saints next season?
Under Weststand replied to Sidney Fudpucker the 3rd's topic in The Saints
Lancashire (out) Forcast (out) Pulis (out) Holmes (out) Wotton (out we can surely do better than him now?) Gillett as AP just doesn't seem to rate him he will probably be gone. (I'd keep him far better than Wotton) Connolly when he was fit at the start for us then I'd keep him. But I just think he's proven that he is just not going to stay fit for a protracted period of time. I'd rather AP looked a more long term replacement. We don't need to be carrying deadwood anymore. I'd give new contract's to Bart, Thomas (vastly reduced wages) I'd hope we can get Antonio, whilst he's very raw & frustrating at times, he has the potential to be a match winner, match time will improve his decision making, & his undoubted skill & pace will frighten any defence. Papa is a bit of an enigma to me, seems a better substitute than starter, whether we have space in the squad for him just as a sub I'm not sure? -
That is classic absolutely classic Oh I saw him go off but thought he'd been substituted :smt081 . The EPL wouldn't deal with them, but looks like divine retribution is taking its toll on the cheating T**ts last couple of weeks, just about getting to the players left that they should have started the season with. See there's no news so far on how the due diligence is proceeding, I wonder which books they've let Lloyd look at

Brian Clough - The best manager the england team never had, Discuss,
Under Weststand replied to Colinjb's topic in The Lounge
I agree ESB if the FA had the balls to have given the England job to Clough, I'm sure he'd have done a fantastic job. He had the knack of blending a team together of a few stars & a few average players/work horses into a cohesive decisive unit. To often England have picked 11 stars, but don't blend a cohesive unit together. The Gerrard Lampard debate still rages they are just too similar for me, to often they are fitted into the team, at the detriment of the unit. I think Clough would have made a decision on 1 or the other. But as you say the FA were frightened of him ruffling a few feathers & they bottled it. I'd have loved to have seen what we could have achieved with him in the job. -
Has the JPT cost us promotion? I'm not so sure, AP used it as a tool to change the woeful losing attitude that the club had running through it top to bottom. Without the JPT cup run it could well have taken longer for the teams mental strength to improve. Can you remember in the first ten games how many times we threw away a lead. How even now a lot of us still get jittery at the end of games. It takes a long time for that winning mental attitude to become part & parcel of a teams performance. All-right things aren't quite perfect yet, but we are harder to beat & more resilient & even if its only the JPT we are for only the second time in my life WINNERS. Now I hope that next year we take it for what it is & play some squad members & rotate the squad for it, but I don't see why we can't win it again & Gain automatic promotion.
-
That's fair enough docker-p hope we don't have to go down that route, and Poyet is still unproven as a manager, but I think he probably will do OK. But at sometime though we need to give a manager be it AP or someone else time & patience to build a squad and have a bit of stability.
