This! Great match. Not a great second half to watch as a fan, but we did what we needed to do; soaked up the inevitable pressure post half-time bollocking and didn't let them score without wasting too much energy in scoring more goals. Job done. -
Boring 0-0 by half time. Scrappy 1-0 at full time. Bound to be now.

He comes across as a bitter and twisted individual and I'm glad he didn't come to us at 16 with his billy big b*llocks attitude. He "chose" Man City rather than Man Utd because they'd brought through Micah Richards and Shaun Wright-Phillips. While Man Utd have brought absolutely no players through their youth system have they? More likely they didn't want him then. -
We're just really really ridiculously good looking

I know Crabby, I would have voted for you too -
That he is, like the Terrier like nature of his closing down, plus the right pass at the right time, so far.

I'm in love with Van Dijk ... hoping he'll keep going this way and become a hell of a player for us.

But it's not "sexist"! What is sexist about it? If they've been married 30 years, it's not because he's been an arse to her or her to him. A large part of marriage is about keeping your other half happy and being selfless sometimes. If his wife had said it about him, would that still be sexist? They should indeed be congratulated with putting up with each other for so long and having a happy marriage, where they are both happy and making each other happy. I honestly think you're barking up the wrong tree with this one! (and okay, I made the shoes bit up, it amused me because I'm simple)

He is clearly stressed. I don't think he's got long left until they get fed up with him.

Which, Twitter or the Sam account? Both are pointless.

Great idea. I mean, I went to a really, very very sh*t comp and I have "done alright", but who's to say that had I had the opportunity to go to a grammar school, I couldn't have done even better? I suspect that story is echoed throughout the country.

As they're laying off 8% of their workforce to streamline an org that has no clear strategy and is struggling to monetise their product, I doubt it ...

Why would he make that up?? "Lee must shake off the old tag of "BBC'' - being responsible for Balls, Bibs and Cones. "I know I am coming from assistant, from that 'good cop, bad cop' thing, but the buck stops with me now. I have to change players' perception of me. And other people's. But when people say I look like 'a page-boy at a rather tough wedding', I don't mind!" http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/columnists/henrywinter/2318712/Ex-apprentice-Sammy-Lee-fired-up-at-Bolton.html

Very fair comment.

Agree with this.

I hope they do. It's such a soggy biscuit thing to do, what a wet w*nker.

Is he a drug dealer?

Agree with this - nothing against Liverpool, who were an awesome side in the 80s that I grew up watching. Rodgers was a tit, now he's gone, Liverpool can go back to being like any other football team rather than hoping Rodgers failed with them.
