  4. a strange triple bill for me today. My Name is Bruce, enjoyable but i ahd hoped for more from "The Chin" Idiocracy - started well, tailed off a bit towards the end. worth a watch though. Picnic at Hanging Rock - fantastic film, so unnerving. the look of the film is amazing, almost dreamlike, and the cinematography is excellent.

  18. watched eden lake and the last horror movie this morning as research. eden lake was very good, if a little simplistic in its characterisation. last horror movie was boring despite a fairly interesting idea. any other ideas for realistic contemporary british horror films?
  19. I dont know what my grandad will be more ****ed off about tomorrow: the fact we may cease to be as a club, or all the extra people being noisy and obstructing his view
  20. I spent time in Guernsey recently, as I was making a film, and spent time with a man who knew the Le Tissier family very well, the simple and boring answer is that he was homesick, nothing interesting I'm afraid.
  21. i needed to study as its an influence on a film were making as part of the course, i picked it up for a fiver on the hmv website. no idea if its still that price though.

  24. so glad i went up now, fantastic perfomance. I thought Schneiderlin and Lallana were fantastic, seemed to link up so well. Bradley played well too, but MOTM would be Cork or Perry. both held the defence together so well and looked very assured.
