Come on you ****ing beauties! I am in a dark empty pub at 5 in the morning, with a random American recent Southampton convert bartender who let me in... No proxy web streams for me, I have 2 giant tvs! We are going up!!

Portland, Oregon. It's 11.30pm now, just got back from a few pints at the pub. 12.00am - go to bed. 3.45am - get up. 3.50am - put on saints shirt, grab a beer to ease the pain. 4.05am - wifey is driving me to a 'soccer pub' that doesn't open until 7am.... 4.20am - the bartender at said pub who revealed himself to be a new Southampton fan when I watched the west ham game the other day, will meet me at the closed pub and let me in. 4.30am - me and my new Southampton convert friend will watch us get promoted! I will take him a saints shirt to wear as the one he ordered wont arrive for a while yet... 7am - 12 ish. Quick snooze. 12 onwards. Beer, beer and more beer. And possibly karaoke. COYS!!!!

Yeah, the sky sports channels worked fine earlier, but couldn't get bbc or itv to work. It can't stay up for long, surely?

Feck me. Just tried this and it works, although who knows for how long. You can choose tons of channels from the uk, usa, germany, france, italy and more. I just tested Sky sports one and it played on my iphone fine, the sound was slightly choppy. Then.... I was able to stream it to my TV using the apple tv box and i'm watching sky sports 2 in the living room! Genius! I haven't tried FoxyProxy or any other proxy solutions at all so can't say how easy or not they may be to use... I have Fox Soccer already and will next season too, which will cover a chunk of the games and obviously SSN. I just can't get FSP (formerly Setanta) on Comcast. I used to have Directv but can't anymore because there are too many bloody trees around the apartment. Foxsoccer2go might have to be the way to go...

Arse. Can't get FSP on Comcast here in Portland, just Fox Soccer. I guess I will have to fork out for foxsoccer2go again... Yay! used the XOOMFOX promo code again on another different password and it still works for a free month. I can stream it to the Apple TV box in the living room and watch it on the telly, whilst sat on the sofa like a normal human being!

Well I just checked the sky schedule and it looks like we're not! Yippee!

4.30 in the bastard morning. Do I stay up from the night before? Or get up early? Because beer will invariably be involved... Edit: finally read the OP, that said the exact same thing. Doesn't help me decide though!

Exactly. God forbid we are proud to be English. Might offend someone I suppose... I will be out later to grab some fish and chips and head to the english pub for a few pints. It's a rare scorcher of a spring day here in Portland, so I will gladly take the opportunity for some outdoor drinking!

Tonight. And we will have earned it. Our points total being too much for west ham to equal. Which means WE earned promotion. Come on Leicester...

I know people are having a hard time accepting we could be up if west ham fail to beat Leicester, but regardless... We will be UP! All it means is that west ham have finally failed to catch us over the season. They will have failed to match our points over an entire season. We earned all of those points and that is why I for one will gladly be drinking mine if west ham fail to win!

Just calmed down enough to return to the computer, thought i was going to put a fist through the screen at full time. Such is the lot for a Southampton fan, made to wait until the LAST minute every time... Anyway. Things are still massively in our favour. We will be promoted on St Georges Day if West Ham don't beat Leicester. We will be promoted next week if we beat Coventry. End of.
