7/7 was committed by British Muslims in response to our involvement in the Middle East. That attack probably wouldn't have taken place had we not gone to Afghanistan and Iraq. But going certainly didn't prevent it, that is for sure..

They're not protecting us in the slightest. They're fighting America's wars. Whilst I do not envy them at all, 'our' troops presence in the Middle East only serves to put the public in more danger, unfortunately.
