Watched Donkey Punch last night, I was expecting it to be horrendous. It wasnt great, but it wasnt that bad either. Some fitteh's in it. Bit obvious in places too, but there were boobs in it, so it wasnt all bad.... 5/10

seem to recall something about Dimi steadying a wobbly middle order...hitting a four or two...a six thrown in i spent £30. i got in for nothing and i took 8 cans in. WTF was i doing?....admitedly i only had 3 of the cans, but can't believe i still managed to spend that much on beer. oh a £7 burger too....

Has it happened yet? Will it be shown again on iplayer?

buggered my knee up a couple of times, now after surgery its pretty much as strong as its ever been the only advice i'll give is see a specialist. see a physio at worst. seeing a doctor is about as much use as going to see your mum, he's only there to dole out general advice, and thats largely useless. good luck

pathetic! when we won the C&G in 2005 it was near the end of the season, and we didnt win anything after that but thankfully it didnt matter. so we win the FP and the same thing going to happen? looks like it so far. get a grip, and quick

4 down, going to be a struggle to save this one. Ervine's hit a 6, he's never going to be one to die wondering is he!! Can he combine aggression with sensible batting tho....
-
too random! as you say, could get rain affected, england thrash them inside 35 overs, auz thrash us in 30 overs... scheduled finish is 10.15 i believe

just backed this nag at 8's longing for the day a Hatch tip works for me......!!

hopefully they'll play him, then get fined and docked points....and hopefully that'll cost them millions in revenue for missing a european place/champions league place/ get relegated

i wonder if the thinking went like this...:- "fred has declared himself fit. but if he crocks himself for good in this game he'll miss his standing ovation when he walks off an england test field for the last time... aah we'll be alright. at worst we'll draw this game and only need a draw at the oval to regain the ashes. lets leave him out of this one..."
-
indeed, i hear that. but (going back to reality) i dont see how going back to a failed batsman would in anyway be positive...anyhoo... Strauss Cook Shah - if he promises not to hold the bat too tight Collingwood Bopara Flintoff (as a batsman, if i can change the "rules") Prior Anderson Swann Broad Sidebottom Relieve Bopara the pressure of number 3. and keep him away from other "flimsy" batsmen. bopara 3 and bell 4 is as lightweight as it comes. Bell should never hold a bat for his country again, gutless and ginger.

Ramprakash? omg etc the bloke couldnt cut it as a test player, whats is his average? 26? 27? in 50 odd games!! he's old, yep granted he's an extremely good county player but he's been found wanting on the international stage so many times, so why would heaping all the pressure of having to win the last match of the series in order to win the Ashes suddenly make him perform? lolzzz fantasy? meh

if we make 150 i'll be suprised. i'll take anything over 240 right now...fat chance scrub that, i'll take anything over 200, but expect us to be skittled for under 140
-
I see we've reached the pivitol part of the series when England throw it away....

i'da funk so lovely. keep you regular. if irregular pooing is your thing

topsey turvey game....we had them pinned, then they had a spurt. then we pinned them back, then they had decent last 2 overs started off great, never looked in doubt. until about 10 out, then the R/R got to almost 10. carberry, altho got a decent score seemed to be a little out of nick. pitch was reported to be slow which doesnt really suit his attacking style, plus to be fair they bowled well. when Dimi came in, again looked a banker for us. but when he was out it was in the balance had it all, anbd im glad it was on sky ps yorkshire cant catch a break. they seemed alright, but man they made some howlers....

I'd play Fred as a batsman, number 6, drop Broad. Broad is a great prospect but leave him out for a few games wont hurt him. reminds me of the way Anderson started his international career, good start, but tailed off. bring in harmison too Strauss Cook Bopara Bell Collingwood Flintoff Prior Harmison Swann Onions Anderson to win a game, you gotta take 20. If Fred is 85% fit, you might get a ten over burst from him which might be enough to swing the game in our favour

thats life on the edge. right there
