Good start to the day....

Lewis is top 6 and therefore an automatic selection isnt he? Mardle. Useless fat waste of space. Wont see him again on the big stage. His words when he got knocked out the Grand Prix were "im gonna knuckle down, practice practice and practice for the worlds, if i dont play well then i only got myself to look at" or words to that effect
-
Yep, we'll be all right now. Bell to the rescue. A stylish 21 runs no doubt then out at short leg trying to fend off a short one. 4 runs off 34? Good for him for sticking around for 34 balls. lets hope he's still there after 234

i think both clubs will consider it a good draw. both cautious but happy. we're home, they're playing a team a league lower than them. coin toss for me.
-
5 down, 2 in 2 for swann . making up for the drop, thankfully smith didn't post a massive score. on top (s******)
-
both swann and jimmy have played tremendously and as I type swann switch hits another 4 !! SA have bowled pretty dreadfully at these two, but that detracts from a superb effort and I refuse to discuss bell anymore. to me he's dead!!!

**** loads in Alton. laid and everyfink

crazy as this is going to sound, actually maybe its not that crazy given how well we've played lately, but im up for a d*cking tonight. so to speak. 4-0; 5-1 SFC.

as has been said before in the interwebnet, pretty girl, sexy fitness etc, with the caption "someone somewhere is putting up with her sh*t"... there's only so much a man can take, its all her fault i can guarantee

i'd not watch Priestly if you paid me! Yeah well done getting over illness etc but he's so dull to watch, no razz to his matazz. And thats what i'd go to watch, people getting wound up, losing the plot, neith McDine nor Priestly will do that I'd go for Mark Walsh vs Mark Webster, Taylor vs "local boy" Monk; and Adrian Lewis against whomever.

to be fair a lot of the moans came from peeples who usually like it. i'm the same, usually great programme was god awful last night, all recylced material to such an extent i thought i was watching Dave. And Guy Richie surely has to go down as the dullest guest ever! Showed just why he should be behind the camera
-
don't need him. seriously. what could he bring that we've not already got? other than discord and disharmony (is that a word?) to the dressing room with his demands and high wages dont get me wrong, good player, great player for us, did a good job, went for good money and we cashed in at the right time, but no thanks

Dr Dre - 2001 s'up

really struggling to list 10 albums i've stolen, sorry, completely legally downloaded this year that are worthy. kasabian - west ryder lunatic asylum sticks out like a sore thumb. very good. Arctic Monkeys - Humbug, was ok. bit too much of a lateral move for me. Editors - In this Light and on this Evening. too synthy. another band chasing the 80's "revival" band wagon. i know there's a lot of music snobs on here that dont like them cos they sound too much like their beloved Joy Division, but i liked their first two albums a lot. and since seeing Reverend and the Makers support Kasabian, downloaded their EP A French Kiss in the Chaos. Very good that too. The Temper Trap - Conditions, good debut album And one from last year i only downloaded this year, A Silent Film - The City That Sleeps. 8/10 and a very good debut.

Ireland want to be the 33rd team at the World Cup
keithd replied to Thedelldays's topic in General Sports
jeez have a little dignity why dont you? usually well liked and well respected the plucky Irish, now becomming a laughing stock -
Josh. And his ****ing band. If i see him playing im going to storm the stage and punch his smug ****ty face
-
saw kasabian last nite at bic, and rev and the makers were indeed very good. lead singist was right up for it, having a great time kasabian themselves were very good altho something left me disappointed. can't put my finger on it as they were very good . maybe it was the venue??
-
people who pull out in front of me. i've no real problem with it per se, im sure we all do it, but when they pull out and ****ing dawdle and bimble at 15mph. pull out and accelerate muppets.
-
why? it's football, it happens every so often. Are Spurs going to ask for more money as there was more goal slash entertainment than usual? poncy gesture
-
yep, the expected one sided final was indeed that. Taylor two heads and two shoulders above and beyond anybody else in the darting world. Even Barny is a different person when he plays Taylor, loses all self belief and seems he cant wait to get off the stage. Put anybody else up against him and he's (Barny) a different player. Mind you, has to be very demoralising going two or three behind, he just never lets up. awesomeness
