  1. We're nailed on for 5th IMO
  2. I think I'd actually spunk in my pants if we pulled it out of the bag next weekend and finished above them. It'd be some kind of miracle, but it'd be glorious.
  3. Nice, but what is he going to come up with for Sunday? Better be pretty f*cking special.
  4. Dumb as f*ck. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-32776280

Decided to take a week off work instead of doing a long weekend. Booked Henry's at The Lizard for 4 nights, then one in Newquay over the weekend as some friends are down there then. Planning to cycle from Lizard down to Lands End on one of the days, I bet it's a nice route.

  7. Don't like it much, but as always I'll get used to it and probably say the same next time. I never waste my money on them anyway so it doesn't affect me.
  8. SarniaSaint.
  9. Shooting an unarmed person in the back 8 times is murder. That's a fact. I can't believe you condone that.

Thanks for your suggestions, I'll have a look at some of those.

And more specifically, a long weekend camping in Cornwall, either the last weekend of May or in early June. Has anyone got any recommendations? Not looking for anything fancy, just slinging the tent in the back of the car, and definitely not a Haven or one of those huge holiday parks. We'd rather be on a campsite within walking distance of a couple of nice pubs rather than a huge complex with a bar selling watered down Carling. Have been looking at Perranporth, there are a couple of sites at the top of the hill within walking distance, but thought I'd see if anyone has got any hidden gems they want to share. Location is more important than facilities I reckon, we'd be out and about a lot rather than round the site. Thanks in advance.
  12. Agree with that. He's been absolutely top class and it won't have gone unnoticed.
  13. I think he's talking about the occasional 17000 at home, and their average away following of about 15.
  14. I think you need to have a lie down. Didn't someone mention that they knew you in the 60s? So you're, well, old as f*ck? You come across as a semi-literate and angry-at-the-world teenager.
  15. And that's what's wrong with America. Every f*cker has got a gun, so lots of people die. Doesn't matter if they're a cop or a drug dealer or a 3 year old who's picked up daddy's rifle and accidentally shot his sister. Guns = unnecessary deaths. Just thought I'd get it back on topic, as I don't know much about fishing or seal clubbing.
  16. That said, considering the last 5 winners were Atletico (x2), Chelsea, Porto and Sevilla, it would be a hell of a feat. All of those clubs would give the top PL teams lots of problems.
  17. Excellent news. Hopefully he can find his form again. Hoping people give him time, he was very much a confidence player and was frustrating at first, it took him quite a while to get into any real goalscoring form but was brilliant when he got going.
  18. Wow.
  19. Hope Brentford turn it around, unlikely though. Anyone but Boro for promotion. Too far north and they ruined our last away day in the Championship. Norwich vs Boro final I reckon, Norwich win.
  20. Put this in the 'ignore' category then.
  21. Still no seats for the Greens, just 1 for UKIP. Lib Dems may as well pack up and go home.
  22. Excellent. Now surprise us with Test as well!
  23. Boris wins his seat, to be expected. Majority by 9k to Mims in Eastleigh.
  24. Just heard on the radio they're expecting a Tory win in Southampton Itchen too. That'd be big news, Labour since '92
  25. From BBC news: Gerry: If we in Scotland suffer under Cameron then all I can say is that we did it to ourselves. For the SNP will just be 50 odd MPs making a noise but no effective difference to Cameron's austerity program. Well done Nicola - vote SNP and get shafted by the Tories Nice way of looking at it. Are they REALLY getting shafted though? I can't understand all these anti-austerity calls after the mess we've been in. If you've got debts, you don't go ringing up for another loan you can't afford.
