Loads of games/goals missing in that, but thanks anyway, some great football, especially before xmas.
-
Didn't we have a poll for this? Like that poll, this award won't be close.

Busy summer: 2 stag dos 3 weddings Euros 2 festivals Ibiza As much overtime as I can get to fund all of the above, new ST, and some of the new furniture she's after.
-
I'd love to see one of Tomkins and Davies here (obviously depending on the playoffs). I bet there are LOADS of CBs in Europe of that sort of age & ability, who would love a shot in the Premiership. I expect most of our signings will be players we haven't heard of/least expect.
-
I'm not expecting Vidic, but Zat Knight is closer to Jermaine Wright than Vidic in football ability
-
He is sh*t though....

Got a fair few mates in Manchester so I'm looking forward to going up there, I'm hoping for United away on a saturday, did City when they beat us in the cup and I thought it was a sh*t away day. W*nkers for stewards and the OB were well over the top. Looking forward to another weekend in the Northeast, want Newcastle or Sunderland on a saturday and not around xmas. And the Emirates, another new ground for us, and a day in London on the p*ss.
-
Lambert's 3rd at Millwall - 3 points and bagging us £625 from Corals, followed by a huge p*ss up in London which was heaving for Paddy's day. Best away game of the season for me.
-
Agree with this, plus Lambert vs Skates was a mental celebration. In terms of good goals/finishes: Lee vs Derby Connolly vs Boro Lallana vs Leeds
-
Boro at home for performance. Millwall away for the smash and grab, the p*ss up, and the £625 win on a Lambo hat trick bet. Coventry at home for atmosphere and celebration.
-
Morgan for me. Fonte and Guly were class.
-
Chambers Avondales Varsity TGIs Revs Won £120 on the football, and spent £100 on top I reckon. Well earned hangover!

Nailed on runners up! Or 12th

I love Saints motivational poetry, it'll make all the difference tomorrow. I may well have an erection from the first whistle due to this.

-
Just got home from the pub. ****ed. This means I will sleep well, and Saints will win 4-0. Lamberrt hattrick 6/1 sounds horrendous, but it;s nailed on

The Moment you knew the Northam wasn't for you anymore
Jack replied to JackanorySFC's topic in The Saints
Few of us are considering a switch to Block 1. The group of about 8 of us have seats spread over 3 places in the Notham, so it might pay us to all move across to get a block of seats. I like to stand at football, and make noise, so the Northam has been the only place to be over the last few years. -
The what are you wearing to the Coventry game thread

I'll also be wearing a foam hand, a red & White jester hat, wig, and facepaint, just to blend in. I'm not aware of any pubs other than wetherspoons opening at 9am, so our options are limited. -

The weather doesn't look all that bad on the Met Office app. I'm thinking I'll probably wear: Black Ralph trainers (same sort of style as Vans, stylish and comfortable) Hugo Boss jeans (dark blue) Diesel polo shirt (all buttons done up) Ted Baker jacket (had it a while, but it's smart as f*ck) I imagine I'll be in the Giddy Bridge from 9 if you want photographs taken with me. -
I think some have lost all perspective. We just came up from league 1. This is a TOUGH league. You're not going to keep on winning every week, even if already established at this level, or coming down from the prem with quality players and huge wagebills. We've done unbelievably well to go on 2 massive winning/unbeaten runs, and only have 1 run of poor results and this little blip. We're about to secure back to back promotions, but some people will always find negatives and reasons to moan. Not a very bright Professor.

Guly has frustrated since about December, but I'd like to see him played on Saturday, ahead of Frazer on the right. It's tried and tested and it has worked wonders at times, giving Frazer the chance to overlap and cross. I think we'd get plenty of joy from running at their inexperienced defence and getting crosses in. -----------Davis Frazer Fonte Hooiveld Fox Guly Cork Morgan Lallana ----Lambert--Sharp Should be far too much for them to contain going forward.
