Ha ha...my 4 yr old cried every time we scored in the first half - because of the noise! He got into it the second half and was singing the Ricky Lambert song all the way home. Magic!

I always buy a programme and really enjoy reading it with a beer on the train home to Salisbury. The articles are quite well written, and I always find Kelvin/Pardew's views on the current situation really interesting! Probably makes me sound a bit sad, but for me it's all part of the matchday exp.

Plus James GETS the derby more than most - which also is a worry as in recent games he's shown a tendency to get wound up. So good for passion but also bad! I'm ****ed so this probably means bugger all anyway, but can see James getting a red.

I agree! I don't know why it was like that yesterday - but it helped create a good pre match atmosphere. It was almost like a Northam greatest hits!

For me this is the first time I feel I can revel in the fact that Saints seem to be the real thing for the first time since WGS. I love this post as a positive affirmation as to how good it feels to be a Saints supporter tonight! Life feels good!

I bought 3 X A3 size squad posters from the club shop after the Yeovil match - 50p each. What a great buy! Fixtures and all...and got a Ricky Lambert autograph on 2 of them as well from the open day. Magic!

What was the attendance by the way? Papa looked like the most exciting player here for a while and had the best crowd reaction I can remember since Theo graced St Marys. Is this the first skillful player with pace that we've had since then? The 'Ole's showed how much in control of the game we were in. We didn't have to go mad as we were 2-0 up with no fear of losing. It was such a change to have minimal nerves as the game came to a close! An enjoyable stress free sunny afternoon...how un-Saints like!
