  1. I would definitely flog him, as Adkins used to say you need everyone rowing in the same direction, no point keeping someone who so clearly doesn't want to be here. Standing in the way of his career probably has a negative effect on the other players as well.
  2. I'm not talking about this place, I'm talking about the actual supporters at the games - they are the only ones who matter or could effect change and there was precious little to put pressure on the club to sack Puel. A few boos and songs from a handful in the Northam.
  3. On the subject of re-writing history, I don't remember a huge clamour for the fans to get rid of Puel. I may be wrong but all I remember is a few chants from the back of the Northam during the second half of the final game and a bit of booing at the final whistle. If idiot fans have to throw the blame around then it has to be in the direction of Les Reed, not just for the sacking or the bizarre replacement but the month of ****ing around doing nothing in between. the whole thing smacks of the complacency that got us relegated last time.
  4. That’s probably his plan.
  5. Neither the diagram or the article it was taken from even mentions immigration you plum. Try leaning to read.
  6. The thing is, it’s idiots like you, who screamed “Racist” every time someone brought up legitimate concerns over mass immigration, that played a big part in encouraging the vote for Brexit. People rightly have worries and don’t like being called racist so when some out-of-touch London Labour arsehole talks down their nose to them they are not going to win their vote. If you are going to continue to cry like a big baby over the referendum result and point the finger it may be worth looking in the mirror first.
  7. Another surprising one: Only Matt Le Tiss has more Premier League assists for Saints than Dusan Tadic.
  8. We played well in both and have one point to show for it - that’s why they are called difficult games.
  9. Not going to make any difference though is it? All the other teams get more money as well, just means the players and their agents will earn more.
  10. What are you dribbling on about you dopey old fool? There are two main reasons why people don't vote; 1. Apathy or 2. There is nothing on offer they want to vote for. Being scared is not a reason - unless you live in Baghdad.
  11. Probably just as bad as the last one thanks to our retarded first past the post electoral system. I wonder how many millions will vote for May purely because they don’t want Corbyn to get in? What a great system, stuck with a choice of two useless old ****s.
  12. If running Saints was a computer game I would have flogged Van Dyke for £60mill in the summer, spent £16mill on a replacement, £20mill on a new striker and bumped on a 8,000 seater second tier on the Kingsland. Sorted.
  13. There is nothing sound in his reasoning at all, he should apply the rules correctly whatever game it is. That Chelsea game was very close and he could easily have cost Leicester the title. No wonder smaller clubs always get the rough end of the stick with referees, if they are thinking about what the press is going to say the next day.
  14. It will have to be either a Brexit Lite - UK staying in the customs union, or no deal Brexit - WTO rules with hard border in Ireland. The simple fact is if we leave the customs union there has to be a border - that’s always been the case.
  15. Oh dear, that’s bad.
  16. Not the easiest of ties considering we’re bound to play the reserves. Could be a good day out tho.
  17. This, no way in a million years will there be a deal.
  18. Agree. Most of his mistakes are just poor decision making. He’s improving with every game and when he learns when to do his tricks and when to keep it simple he will be a hell of a player.
  19. IMO the leave campaign made a big mistake in making such a big deal about the bus - it just gave massive publicity to a bus hardly anyone would have taken much notice of. Wether it was the net or gross figure would have made very little difference - the message they helped get across was that we pay a very large amount every day into the EU. £350mill, £300mill, £250mill - it’s all figures the average person cannot really comprehend - that’s why for all their moaning about being misleading I never once remember seeing the leave campaign give an accurate figure on the amount we pay in - they preferred it if the public didn’t know which is just as misleading.
  20. He still played in League 1, and wasn’t outstanding.
  21. ...who can't grasp the simple concept of abstaining.
  22. LOL you nob
  23. Bottled it LOL, bottled walking down to the village hall and putting a cross on a piece of paper. Ooooo how scary! I’ve always seen both sides, I’ve tended to lean towards the leave side because of the effects of immigration on public services and downward pressure on wages but as I am doing quite well financially and don’t use many services probably don’t have much to gain personally through Brexit - which I why I’ve generally been on the fence.
  24. It’s not a grand act you plumb, it’s a choice just as valid as anyone who chose to vote. By not voting you are saying you are either undecided or don’t care either way.
  25. Obviously. But choosing not to vote is also making a point.
