I have more important things to do that’s why I asked dip sh!t.
-
Does it say what share of the assets we will get?
-
I don’t think we will go down but at the moment we are in a false position because of our freakishly easy set of fixtures so I don’t think there is a lot between any of the sides outside the usual big clubs. I remember the exact same complacency last time we went down. I’m more positive after the last couple of games. Whilst they have not been great performances at least we are changing things around and should only better. If we are in a sticky position come January we could always cash in on Virgil, ditch the manager and give the new guy a big pile of cash to sort it out.

I agree. But in the unlikely event it is considered worse you have to be prepared to walk away. Saying you will definitely not leaves you open to get screwed. It's like walking into a car showroom and telling the salesman you have no option but to buy one of his cars - see what sort of deal you get then.
-
Jesus, it's not rocket science. If they say 'no deal' is not an option they have to accept what is offered. If the people offering the deal know that they are only ever going to offer a bad deal. I think the Tories are making a right mess of Brexit which is why I supported a second referendum. But if you are negotiating you have to be prepared to walk away without a deal other wise you will get butt ****ed. It's quite a simple concept.
-
It's quite simple really, I'm surprised you fail to understand. The EU will offer us a deal, if it doesn't get approved by parliament we leave the EU with no deal on 29th March 2019. If Labour say they wont leave without a deal then they obviously have to accept any deal. It is totally up to the other 27 EU countries as to wether we get an extension (which we wont IMO) - nothing Labour or anyone in our parliament can do about it.
-
What a load of nonsense, there was a little bit of booing and a couple of chants from a handful in the Northam at the last game. You are just making stuff up.
-
And sloppy at the back.
-
I said probably, you might be OK.
-
I agree. I think any bloke that spends 2 grand on some ear rings is probably a pretentious ass hole as well.
-
Don't think Howe would come here, we've tried to get him before.
-
I don't get your point. The fact that any one country can veto the deal makes any chance of us getting a half decent deal near impossible IMO. There is bound to be at least one country who take a hardline position. Your idea that these governments will want us to have a good deal in case they decide to leave at some point in the future is complete nonsense. They will all currently be pro EU governments, if their electorate turns anti EU they will be out of a job anyway.
-
Yep, understand that. Like I said - our MPs didn't want to leave the EU either, and still don't. But if we make a success of Brexit and other populations round Europe decide to leave there is nothing any MPs can do about it.
-
I understand that OK, it's you that seem too fail to understand that what the EU MPs want is a completely different to what their countries may decide they want. Our MPs didn't want to leave the EU either.
-
Then why are you dodging the question, you usually have an idea? It is obvious that if we make a success of our Brexit then it may spell trouble for them if other countries follow suit. Why can you not just admit the obvious?
-
I take it by that you mean they don't want our Brexit to be a success?
-
I think it is a fair assumption that they and us are more likely to pick up points against the lesser teams - yes.
-
yes but as it stands we have had an easy start so are in a false position. Just looking at the bottom three, Palace have already played Liverpool, City, Man Utd & Chelsea. Bournemouth have already played City, Arsenal and Spurs. Leicester have already played Arsenal, Man Utd, Chelsea and Liverpool. We've had one 'hard' game - Man Utd.
-
Just like last time we were relegated, I remember the apathy whilst Wigley threw away countless points at home against the lesser sides. We're sat 10th but our true position is much lower.
-
Do you genuinely believe that Junker and co want Britain to be a success after Brexit?
-
Our current league position is meaningless, we've had the easiest run of fixtures I can remember - we still have to play Man City, Liverpool , Chelsea, Tottenham and Arsenal twice. Make no mistake, we are in a relegation scrap.

Getting older - was it this bad for everyone?

The problem is nowadays people tend to confuse success/ambition with the amount of money they can grab for themselves. -
Time to stop being so soft and tap-up a manager from a smaller fish. Everyone else does it, I don't see why we should be the only club who gets their manager from the local job centre.

A very good achievement considering we were under different financial constraints back then.
