Nick, I really think we can go higher than most people think. The board need to be brave and back MoPo and keep our brilliant squad together. This is a make or break time for our club mate. That is spot on. Again the PL has been won by the richest club. We have been lucky to be financially backed to get us from League 1 but a lot of the squad was homegrown. Long gone are the days when clubs like Ipswich, Notts Forest and the like could compete, it's a joke.

It's been an incredible journey. I loved it and am still loving it, Walsall away 3 1 chanting to Villa fans on the train, "your not getting on", Yeovil away 1 nil in the last min standing in the sun, Plymouth away drinking the bar dry on the train and singing all the way home, going top of the Championship away to Barnsley, Peterborough away on a covered terrace packed behind the goal winning and hearing West Ham only drew meaning almost certain promotion, beating Man City, Liverpool and Chelsea at SMS, last season and finishing 8th this season. Awesome.

Yes Batman I agree, but that was in league 1. We are now in the Premier League, awesome, but keeping our best players in this division is a must if we want to progress

But what's the point. It will reduce the morale in the squad, the quality in the team and where do we get another player as good for less money? It's pointless. If we're serious about being a top club it's madness. When do you see other top 10 Premier League clubs selling their best young players? Answer. They don't need or want to, so selling ours sends out a statement that we will just be a club treading water and everything is downhill from here.

What's the point of spending loads on an Academy to produce young players to help us progress as a team if we just sell them when we don't need the money? Surely the idea was to build a young team to mature together and get better and better and reduce the need to buy players that may not fit in ie Gaston/Osvaldo. To me it's a pointless exercise and we might just aswell not bother. This ****es me off so much.

I heard he was at least seeing out his contract until the end of next season Nick. I think he is a good fit for us and the players really like him. I think we will be in big trouble if he leaves. I don't think Laudrup is right, apparently lost the dressing room at Swansea and they were a better team last season. His signings made them worse, not better. Nigel Pearson for me if MoPo goes.

Im loving the fact that we are the ninth best team in England. Proud that we are a Top 10 Premier League club. Very happy we've got 30 points so far and can watch all the others bite their nails worrying about relegation. Bring on Liverpool and Arsenal at home along with all the rest, what is there not to be excited about? Some people are never happy, sod League 1, yes it was exciting and good away days but it was for me humiliating for our club to be in that League. Sit back and enjoy the ride!!
