And I thought it was "City's going down with a billion in the bank!"
-
I shall be there, + a minibus full!
-
Called an ambulance for my dad 2 weeks back, and it arrived as I put the phone down! Turns out they were at traffic lights at the top of the road when I called. Truly amazing service IMO.
-
It's worse than that, it's 45% each, with 10% for the FA 'pool'!! Rule 22 (iii) In matches played in the Third, Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Rounds of the Competition Proper, the net gate receipts of each match shall be divided as follows: 45% to each Club competing in the match. 10% to the Pool.

Friday-Canute reunion at Firehouse, mates band played, a great night, got p***ed Saturday- Woke up a few hours later with a cracking hangover, picked 2 of my kids up and trained to Reading, fantastic day out, even with a mate getting arrested on the train! Sunday- sons football called off, had a quiet day in with the kids All in all, 10/10! -
Wahay! I was told to leave after calling the barman a pr*ck for letting me stand waiting with my son for 2 minutes before he said no kids allowed!
-
Is a good pub, and buses leave from right outside the door if I remember rightly?

Mark Dennis. Only his temperament stopped him being an England regular!

On the 0915 train, just booked it, arriving at 1004! An hour earlier than planned, but using the http://www.nationalexpresseastcoast.com site saved me a bit, 1 adult + 2 kids for £20, two single journeys instead of a return.

Strangely at Palace last season was searched at the gate, had a 1 inch fake sword taken from my keys, but when my darts were found (played the Friday night and forgot they were in my inside pocket) they were handed back and I was waved into the stadium! -
Got caught for the first time in 20 years driving, 39 in a 30. Have received the fine notice £60 + 3 points or £74 and a 3 hour driver awareness course but no points. As I drive nearly 40,000 miles a year, the second option suits me! Time to buy a scanner for mobile speed traps rather than just relying on my tomtom!

Today, laze around then tonight see Fishy Friends brother play at the Painted Wagon Saturday, take nipper football training, then get a few bottles down ready for England Sunday, maybe watch Eastbrook, out for a meal with the kids and ex and then sons football in the afternoon -
Sorry, think that might be my daughter causing this by sending them into a panic, shouting about their houses on fire, and their kids are gone. Children can be so cruel.

Was indeed a cracking day out, over £900 total before I left the pub at 1145. A great success, thanks to all who turned out, and those that donated though they couldn't be there.
-
Was definitely later than that, my first game was Channons testimonial in 76. Think the game was 77/78, and I thought was v Chelsea?
