Tottenham build up thread ...a question posed
John Boy Saint replied to Yorkshire Saint's topic in The Saints
That's the fly in their ointment, We can still scupper them getting 2nd if we give them a long overdue runaround, and Arsenal decide to extract a digit. Despite the main event being over, still exciting to be in with a chance of a prize with 2 games to go, and it not being scrapping for our lives. -

Costa is a character he knows exactly what he is doing, choosing not to light his fuse at that......... Lino is going to be in hot water for not drawing the full view he had of that to the attention of the ref. -
Few sore heads tomorrow in Burnley, pleased for Sean Dyche decent manager with the tools he has to work with.

We were steaming wallpaper off the walls and ceiling while listening to it on the radio....... Certainly helped make it less of a chore.

wasnt a glaring mistake he had very little chance, a ball straight at you is trouble enough as you lose the pace, then in less than 6 feet it deviates...... Anyway I have a more of an issue with fellow fans isolating a player for critism due to a solitary unfortunate event when overall that player had a good game.

What cock up was that? Jeez!!! It's ok just ignore the superb pass for Tadic to chase and cut back for our first goal..... Much easier to cane a bloke for not being able to control a ball coming at him with pace having taken a flick off Jose. Sterling and Kolarov did absolutley bugger all........ Who's side were they coming down???!!!!???? Some people would be far better off watching world championship tiddlywinks.

Ah well before the 8pm kick off we have the Championship final games coming to the boil, Boro v Brighton being the pick of the bunch today.
-
Thought he had another good game today, nowt much got us in a pickle from Kolorov or the overpriced Sterling who were playing down his side, superb precise ball to Tadic for our first, great cut back to Clasie. Had zero chance for their first with the ball flicking up to him, f he was the very best £100m defender he still wouldn't have had any chance. Still with him on the pitch it does mean Steven Davis gets a break from the slagging handed out by the numpties on here who have their pre decided players to knock week in, week out regardless of performance.

............... Compared to Pol Pot!

See we have Mr Perma-tan Andre Marriner on the whistle today, he's one who can blow hot and cold.

Espanyol on your CV doesn't help........ Bit like Arry managing p*mpey then Saints.

Barcelona 1-2 down v Valencia Fear they are the team who might turn Ronald's head.

One of those games you don't want, they are relegated, and suddenly all those players who couldn't play for toffee for the past 30 odd games are climbing over each other to get in the shop window. Hopefully I can find a bar in downtown Guangzhou to watch it in.

Normal Saints away at Everton will resume in the second half as Jeff Stelling has put the mockers on it by announcing a stat that we only conceded 20 goals away last season and so far this season we have only conceded 15 on the road.

"Can we play you every week?" Springs to mind.

Blimey Charlie! Or should that be Blimey Jamie!!

Clasie showed him inside from the wing, Bertrand "jumped" in bizarrely, sitting on the pitch in the process leaving the gap for Townsend to shoot......... Bit of a shame really as Ryan had kept Townsend on a bit of a short leash for most of the game up to that point.

It was the second half He wasn't having a barney, you could see he couldn't hear or understand what RK was telling him, first half he was aware of where the sideline was and stayed in safe proximity of it. Second half as it wore on he was creeping into the middle more and further up the field, he probably didn't realise that he was doing it, hence not being sure of what Ronald was telling him to do. i thought he had a sound game, played some lovely balls (I liked he take down and lay off to Mané in the build up to Longs goal) I just don't get the venomous hatred directed to some players on here, they all drop clangers the only trouble is a defender when they err it normally ends up as a goal........ and when your name is a bit funny like Cucu then it's open season to some. Has anyone seen back that Virgil maisey run where it appeared he was wrongly flagged offside?
