  2. Don't know about legal aid but any of these should know about your options: You can go and see a solicitor (who shouldn't charge for the first meeting), the citizen advice bureau or ACAS if work related.
  3. Millwall & Huddersfield. Charlton need money so they will struggle to keep their players and I want to see what Leeds (and cuddly ken) will do after another season in this division.
  4. Paul Hart is owed a lot... http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11674_6115070,00.html The list is growing day by day, I wonder if it'll reach £140m?

  6. There are two scenarios: Somebody buys club and has to sort out the debt and is likely to get points for some reason (no agreed CVA or financial irregularities). Club gets wound up with any money from selling assets to creditors. Any new club starts way down the football pyramid.
  7. I see one comment saying they have been punished four times for going into admin: -9 pts, £1m fine, ban from europe and relegation itself. If they are going to be that perverse I suppose they could add TCWTB, Admin Man Andy and Super Duper owner Chainrai to the list.
  8. Well, the world of deceit and corruption of the skates needed to be told as there is no hard luck story. I try to be fair and unbiased in my comments but you should see Vastariner's - he's got it in for the club and fans big time!

  10. One season, so if the skates decide AA is doing such a good job, he can only last a year with the club in admin. The footballing debt is tied into the golden share, so a buyer could save on £24m but most likely find he owns a Blue Square club (with matching facilities).
  11. I'm no accountant, but surely there are legal Standard Operating Procedures to follow for filing claims and issuing of accounts so that at anytime the business knows the level of credit/debt?
  12. I agree with those that it's not going to be easy next season, however, considering what has been achieved this season with a handicap of a slow start and -10 points we would have been challenging for automatic promotion, regardless of the odd bad result (tranmere, oldham) which occur to all teams. The only issue for next season is to manage the high expectations. For that reason I expect Saints to get promoted next season. The biggest risk to that is the lose of the manager as that can effect the squad, but we are at least in a good position to attract a manager that is just as capable as Pardew. Players can be replaced and at least we can hold out for a top end valuation for our players. I was staggered that we could attract Fonte in January when promotion was only a slim possibility so there is hope current players will stay for another season or at least decent players would be interested in joining Saints to replace those wanting to leave.

  14. Great thanks. On a few there is an option (dial 5) to call but I assumed it would be at a premium rate but most is just a recorded message.
  15. All the debt (including football related) is unsecured. The only way to get them off the unsecured 'list' is to pay them... something that will come out of the PL in way of income. That is my understanding anyway, happy to be corrected.
