  1. I seemed to have irratated a skate with a rather low IQ on there!
  2. Would have been happier if Colchester drew against Swindon as both they and Huddersfield have a decent chance to gain two wins and a draw in last five games to snatch sixth place as I cannot see us winning all our remaing six games.
  3. Umm? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZecViQxUwss I've seen Jim Furyk's swing, now that's unorthodox!
  4. deja vu... (#6426)
  5. So a benefactor comes forward and inspects the books... what do you think he would find Nick? So no Euro tour, makes you wonder why they didn't want UEFA poking their noses into their books!
  6. 2 goals in two minutes... hence the quick change in the original!
  7. brentford 3 up against huddersfield
  8. still not as important as the colchester swindon and brentford huddersfield matches... come on you robins!!!
  9. colchester 2 up now
  10. Agree, it's the worst race to bet on but it is a spectacle to watch so you have to support a few (and see them get knocked out one by one): THE PACKAGE (16/1) MADISON DU BERLAIS (50/1) NICHE MARKET (20/1)
  11. Four weeks from now is close to the end of the season - Does anyone know when agreeing a CVA impacts next season's points (if rejected)? Also, isn't second guessing the pence in the pound going to risk losing the interested party if too high (nobody went for the £5m exclusivity), or will he base the value as just a bit higher than liquidation of the company?
  12. red three
  13. Yes, but they don't necessarily have to pay it all in one go, it is part of the CVA, hence they get to vote on it.
  14. From this link: http://www.mightyleeds.co.uk/seasons/200708part1.htm "Among those voting against were HMRC, the Football League, Gerald Krasner, Melvyn Levi, Simon Morris, Kevin Blackwell and David Healy. The margin of success was £70,683 on a total vote of £36.1m and it would have taken only a couple of parties to change their vote for the deal to have been blocked." So Gaydamak is key to the CVA with ~30% block vote. The buyer could get away with paying a pitance only leaving any investigation (if there is to be one) into financial irregularities to a points deduction.
  15. Is it right to exclude the football debt as it still has to be repaid somehow and that is what a CVA is for. I'm sure I remember when Leeds came through Admin the players owed money had a vote.
  16. I think the opposite, the main parties haven't addressed the ONE issue that BNP has and that is immigration itself. This has caused a vacuum in the immigration debate which the BNP are happy to fill with their version of the state of britain to fuel (IMHO) fear and prejudice of the minorities. If the main parties actually engaged in the debate there would at least be choices for people to decide on based on more balanced and varied information on the topic.
  17. Not when you count the numerous local and european elections. It seems there is around one every year!
