  1. More neuroscience nerdy stuff for those interested here.
  2. Castien collaborated with two Dutch neuroscientists to develop a test that would attempt to capture some of this magic. The test is now used by more than 25 clubs, from PSV Eindhoven to Real Sociedad and newly promoted Southampton, as a tool for talent identification. Read more here.
  3. One reason why Poch left is Chelsea’s desire to use the young players they bought for multimillions which includes Lavia. We’ll have to look elsewhere.
  4. The trouble is he has to sell before he can buy. Although CP seem to be currently a better prospect, selling a club where Parish has influence will likely add to the process. Everton are probably paying out huge amounts on loans and interest so let’s see how much of their squad will need to be sold to stop costs rising.
  5. Moshiri extended the takeover deadline to the end of May for 777 to complete the deal. However, 777 are in financial trouble themselves. it is all a bit murky and Everton called in accountants which specialise in financial distress situations. Everton cannot continue trading a loss beyond their means and it’s getting close.
  6. At least they have started to bring some money in.
  7. A 22 year old CB with 33 bundasliga games under his belt. These youngsters sure are expensive!
  8. Seems the Absolute Radio is on an annual repeat… stuck in a time warp.
  9. Interesting news on the style of play being very different. I was expecting some player exchanges as part of their development especially considering there is one recruitment/scouting department. Easier to identify players if all the clubs have similar way of playing.
  10. He does not say when although considering this is the beginning of a ten year plan expansion will be many years off and only if the club improves both on the pitch and commercially.
  11. It was no secret of how the club changed around after Marcus Evans sold out to Gamechanger, nor how they pursued McKenna. They were one of the best backed sides in League One and had decent quality along the spine of the team which they added to in both transfer windows. No surprise that they were up there all season.
  12. Luton suffered with injuries to many of their better performers in the new year and didn't have players that could step up straight away. Burnley used the scattergun technique to recruitment and Sheffield United shot themselves before the season started by selling their top scorer and the upheaval behind the scenes with the owners. Hopefully Saints get the few that will complement the current squad especially in midfield with Downes returning and how the side suffered in his absence.
  13. Saints were resolute, no possession for the sake of it knowing how Leeds play...
  14. Time to change the DoF! In other news… Maresca, who led Leicester to the Championship title last season and is admired by the recruitment team at Stamford Bridge.
  15. Another poll 60% backed him.
  16. I don’t think any of them have the backing or set up to do an Ipswich, which, if we remain in the Championship helps another promotion push.
  17. I hope they get inundated with Best Offer of £30.
  18. I didn’t find it too bad watching football up with the gods having the whole pitch to see how the teams operate. Not sure about music concerts, but I’ll find out next month!
  19. Any ITKs regarding working streams or radio commentary that aren't smut or betting sites?
  20. Hopefully we have got over the Scar tissue.
  21. Hence why you don’t need to take any notice of Crooks’ musings.
  22. Gifted is more about ability, generally innate and at an exceptional level whereas talent is more about aptitude applied to a skill. so being gifted has more potential to reach higher levels than being talented and doesn’t need to be ‘learned’ but supported.
