  1. Well they have more money than Everton and can keep putting up obstacles for the authorities to stumble at before finding out anything useful for a conviction. It needs a courageous whistleblower to come forward.
  2. Happy to build a winning mentality to heal the scar tissue 😜
  3. Will they score within the first 5 minutes of the restart?
  4. Certainly the best team, may not be the best players per position and they were lucky in a few games over the first six matches. It also shows the value of the Manager we missed out on as well.
  5. Odd decision sacking Eustace after the repair job he’s performed and their are currently sitting in sixth place. Let’s see how good Rooney really is when expectations are high.

    Israel

Palestine was a former Ottoman territory before the shit show with the British deciding they knew best. The Arabs had an opportunity to create a Palestinian state but seemed more intent to keep Palestinians homeless preferring to oppose the creation of Israel. Add to the mix when you had the PLO include the destruction of Israel in their Charter until 1996, which was then taken up by other 'organisations' including HAMAS doesn't bode well for a peaceful outcome. Oh and Israel doesn't recognise the state of Palestine.
  7. Well reassurance of finances is one thing, having control on the playing side is another which is far more of an issue for fans and (hopefully) the coaching staff at the moment.
  8. Not really, this is an assessment as of now, things will change next season when income is reduced (assuming we're still in the Championship) which they'll need to adapt to while still seeking promotion.
  9. Where do you think we’ll be in Sept 2024? 😜
  10. It felt the same to me. The trouble with this approach the players have to fully buy into and forget about everything else for it to become more natural. As to the four steps to learning, the players are very much stuck in stage 2 with the last, stage 4 not even in sight!
  11. Also, you can tell he didn’t have a clue how to change the game preferring to argue with the fourth official for 10 minutes about a possible red card than concentrating on the match and instructing the players.
  12. Prefer to scrape the barrel first rather than dig below it.
  13. That is why it was essential to get an experienced manager in to help develop the players into a team. Currently they are all strangers out on the pitch. Nothing that a decent manager could fix.
  14. Agreed, but if felt like he was isolated out there. In fact the team cohesion was appalling, very few open options for passing or support.
  15. just like last season.
  16. Remain circling the drain.
  17. Automatic qualification is not out of reach yet, it soon will be unless there is a significant change - attitude, performance, instructions or whatever combination. However I just cannot see it happening anytime soon. Some of the tactics are bizarre with ‘inverted’ fullbacks when space is required for passing. Time to make things simpler for the players to understand and perform. This is Martin’s wet dream. So far away for this team.
  18. I’m sorry but that is such a piss poor decision to play him if that was the case.
  19. Just a question of timing when the players become familiar enough with Martin’s tactics and fully buy into it to be able to beat the opposition. I don’t think it will be tonight or the next few games.
  20. Found something else Or think he’ll not be ready for the first team longer than first thought.
  21. Im sure he arrive when Dyche was manager, played him a bit but may not have been in harmony with him at the end.
  22. That’s what I thought, but maybe it’s clubhouse breakfast, first 18, lunch and second 18?
  23. Cannon’s goals from last season Boom
  24. Or a medical closer to where the player is based.
  25. Ditto to the Ackermann function!
