  1. Physioroom have updated the PL injury page and states he'll be out until the 19th Nov: http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php
  2. It makes you wonder if they tried their hardest to get a good set of players in to harvest as many points as possible before the first of January to see what points they need to either cling on to League one status or if they have a good chance of promotion. Appy must be hoping results improve as currently it doesn't reflect the wage investment which could see a dramatic fall when the club is sold and promotion slips away.
  3. Can do no worse...! A jolly PM would be nice to have (regardless of political affiliation).
  4. It's get the first strike in so any sign of disgruntlement can be vanquish I think . As you say a poll of 95% of SWF users are supportive of the manager. We can only speculate what the Chairman can do.
  5. Physioroom saying he's back on the 20th October. I don't know where they get their info from: http://www.physioroom.com/news/english_premier_league/epl_injury_table.php
  6. What have you seen from coming back from the future?
  7. I think it's a bit of frustration. I knew it was going to be hard and the team is defensively weak but has a great forward line. Improvement in working together as a team ( supporting respective team mates e.g. Punch and Yoshi defensively), keeping the ball more and reducing the number of individual errors will see us alright. Just a question of how long it will take.
  8. Ads, titles, Ads, first 12 mins of show, ads, next 12, etc... ads, closing joke and credits, ads onto the next show! Not so bad on some channels and for movies.
  9. Sorry, are you comparing the Liebherrs and Cortese with the Gaydamaks, Jacobs and Azougy etc? Previous business history not really a risk factor for you then.
  10. Just trying to be postive, she'll never be obese.
  11. if only you ignored them, it would have saved you having to remind us. Do we now have to endure a winter of these moronic threads?
  12. Ok, I assumed the amount they borrowed was in the link but wasn't.
  13. You missed the 'AND Overseas Broadcasting Money, Title Sponsorship Money, Commercial Contract Money and Radio Contract Money of the 2011/12 season'.
  14. Where do you get the 10% from? Most of it is 3 plus base rate. Also Everton don't own their training ground anymore... Having sold that asset off... Ummh
  15. Goalkeepers: Forster, Hart, Ruddy Defenders: Baines, Cahill, Cole, Gibbs, Jagielka, Glen Johnson, Lescott, Shawcross, Walker Midfielders: Carrick, Cleverley, Gerrard, Adam Johnson, Lennon, Lampard, Milner, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Walcott Forwards: Carroll, Defoe, Rooney, Welbeck
  16. I would have thought it would have been closer to the £30m the club have spent but agree it would be covered by some inevitable player sales and topped up by the PP dependant on the agreed terms. At least there is the reassurance Cortese does not want to go beyond what is reasonable for this club with his statement regarding debt in the PL.
  17. Ex t-mobile customer. Good service, only moved as the coverage wasn't great but that was a number of years back. Was tempted to return recently with a good deal they had.
  18. Skate maths at work again I see.
  19. If you sign up for updates on the OS you get emails when tickets go on sale.
  20. Depends if that is cheap for your budget. There could be more cost effective options. Drivers and putters are worth investing a bit more time to see what suits especially if you want to pursue it - join a club or society. Just remember you'll only use a wood occasionally and there are likely to be other options, it's better to use and get familiar with the irons first and that you'll also take half your shots in a round with your putter.
  21. This is the sort of training ground development we need.
  22. I thought you might think this.
  23. Unless you are a freak - big hands, tall, short etc. go for some second hand set of steel cavity back clubs that are reasonably cheap. otherwise it maybe better to go for something more fitted - go to your pro first. Don't worry about drivers, get your swing established. I started off with a half set, all I could afford and some group lessons. Also remember putting is half the game!
  24. If the silver surfer and iron man team up they would be alloys. A man was in a hot-air balloon. Soon he found himself lost with nothing but green fields for as far as the eye could see. Eventually, he happened to float over a man who was walking his dog. He leaned over the basket and yelled out, "Hello! Where am I?" The man on the ground replied, "You're about 20 feet above the ground in a hot- air balloon." The balloonist cursed him and shouted back, "You must be a statistician." "Why do you say that?" asked the man on the ground. "Well," shouted the balloonist, "You're absolutely correct but your answer was completely useless." "Oh I see," replied the walker, "And you must be a manager." "Actually, you're right," said the balloonist. "How did you know?" "Well," said the walker, "First you were lost. Then, after working out what information you needed to sort yourself out, you asked someone else to get it for you. Now, that you have the information, you're still lost, but it's someone else's fault."
