I think his personal circumstances, particualry with reference to family, need to be considered, but I would still be happier if he moved down here for the reasons I outlined above.

And I have to say I'm with Lordswood and Duncan on this one. This isn't a normal business and the Football Club is a part of the fabric of this City. I think living near to the Club is important in order to ensure you have your finger on the pulse and get some empathy for the supporters and the wider community. I think it also demonstrates commitment to the players and staff. I was much happier with WGS living locally and integrating himself in the community (and undertaking pub checks), than I was with Burley lodging in a hotel and dashing back to his other pads whenever the opportunity arose.
