If it goes into administration, the directors have no control over the running of the business whilst it's in liquidation but still have a fiduciary duty. Presumably HMRC will be in that group. So I suppose it will depend on how much (if anything) the PLC owes HMRC. But I guess Aviva + Barclays probably at least equals the required 75%?

Hmm the accessible LSE one only shows major shareholders and I bet SLH don't pass this information out. Just thinking ahead about a (maybe) follow-up meeting and letting people know.....
