Crap stuff from an XI who showed, as a unit, that they aren't good enough to be Championship understudies. Throwing together an XI and expecting them to get a win at a reasonable outfit like Leeds was ridiculous. Club should reimburse those who went (but won't) & I will say sorry to my 6 year old who said that was a rubbish XI before the game & I said they'd do ok. Youthful realism triumphing over ageing optimism!

So Artur Boruc gently lobs a bottle & we boo him yet Lee Barnard was accused of smashing a bottle in someone's face & we cheer him & sing a song about it. The problem here is clear. Boruc did not throw the bottle hard enough.

For those who don't think Harry couldn't work with NC, remember he survived 4 years with Daniel Levy at Spuds, a man who also has a reputation as a control freak. He'd probably still be there too if he hadn't let talk of the England job go to his head. I'm still unsure how I'd feel if he returned but what would be certain is that he'd need results quickly as he probably wouldn't have the same honeymoon period as another new man at the helm.

No hint that we've been linked with him but out of contract & training with Man Utd whilst hoping to impress another Prem suitor. Plenty of Prem experience and although getting on could be a decent stop gap until Jan at least?

I know he's probably not Prem class in pure ability but last season, I feel a major part of any defence solidity we had came when Dean Hammond was sitting in front of the back 4, breaking up opposition attacks and generally organising those around him, from the middle of the park. As good as Morgan is, we are sorely missing that this season. Davis is neat and tidy and Morgan covers ground well and passes the ball well but a Deano-style player to protect the back 4 is missing. Cork gave us energy too and will be a major plus when he returns.

What were his targets at the beginning of the season: 1st team regular, international selection, goal tally, avoid getting injured by Guly... Also, is Mr Cortese a nice man?

If he was selected for both, which national side would he pick: England or Spain. Would he go for where he lives or for a better chance of winning something!! Also, does he know when Gaston will be fit?

My 6 year old has been giving the Brighton local kids in his school stick about what division they're in. That's a bonus. We've signed a potential superstar ahead of Spuds and Liverpool. We've looked to attack and not be usual timid promoted team fodder (probably in the knowledge that we can't defend).
