Another two points dropped and the blame as usual is on Ralph. Baffling squad and substitutions again. Our squad isn't great but a decent coach would do better than this. Reading that Ralph wasn't unhappy with the result really sums it all up. He is absolutely clueless

Both of them in the team responsible for supplying our forwards is a terrifying thought. I really feel for Armstrong .

I've said it before. We could be a decent side if not for Ralph being soo God damned inept. Ralph is incapable of setting up the team in any attacking sense. Yet you guys are getting excited over a few draws.

The good play only came once Armstrong was replaced.

So why does Ralph pick those players then? The team wasn't set up to provide Armstrong the service he needs. The whole team was disjointed and was never going to work.

Can't help but think we could be a decent side if not for Ralph. We have some decent options yet we are continually hamstrung by Ralph's complete inability to coach the side.

Reckon it's a master-stroke by Ralph. Get the 9 nil loss out of the way early in the season so the rest of the season doesn't seem so bad.

He won't walk as he knows he won't get another job in the EPL where survival is considered success. He needs to be sacked and should have been already

I've not seen any sign of Ralph realising that Redmond is utter garbage. He consistently plays him regardless of how useless he is.

Ralph never takes responsibility after a poor performance. He never has. He refuses to learn from his continual mistakes. Scraping a draw with 10 men does not make him the messiah. Other lower prem coaches manage it every season. Our team statistics should be enough reason to sack him.

Agreed. Prowse gets away with heaps because he is home grown. The face of our once fantastic academy. The fact he has never been connected to any other teams is telling. He just isn't anything great. Personally in regards to the game, I didn't stay up til 1.30 am to watch it once I saw that Redmond was up as a striker again. Gave up and went to bed instead. Result was predictable.

Our players are so disorganised, the style doesn't work. There is no thought in how we are set up. Its on Ralph, he needs to go. Completely out of his depth

This proves Redmond's level is Championship if nothing else. Still woeful no matter what happens in this game. Do this in a proper game consistently if you want to prove yourself

Does Redmond do anything positive in a game. The most utterly ineffective player in our team. The fact Ralph picks him is the reason he needs to be fired

Bit disappointed that we still have no real attacking midfielder still. Not some one to scare the opposition.

I'm often surprised how many think that the coach doesn't have any responsibility when he chooses the team, the formation, the tactics etc. A great coach chooses all of those things to bring the best out of the team he has. Claiming that we are two players away from having a team that suits Ralph's style is ridiculous.
