  1. The anti vax stuff is tame compared to some of the shite he comes out with, notably: Saying Christian Eriksen had his heart attack because of the covid vaccine, despite the fact he wasn't vaccinated. Saying people dying from covid in hospital were actors Saying Ukranians being murdered by Russians in Bucha were actors (and then brushing it off by saying "I meant don't believe everything you read" and then dribbling down his chin a bit more) He is obviously right about some things, the government being clowns and Jamie Carraghers continued employment come to mind, but some of the stuff he posts is quite frankly dangerous and outweighs the good. I'll continue to disagree with anyone who says he should be applauded for not taking the popular line. Going on youtube and watching some videos made by crackpot conspiracists and falling for it hook line and sinker is not "doing your own research", it's being an absolute idiot.
  2. Posting conspiracy theories <> "doing your own research" or "keeping an open mind"
  3. My dad is a United fan and says he is the second best player he saw for United after George Best.
  4. Yep If MLT was the only one put out to pasture, he may have a point, but this is demonstrably not what happened.
  5. To the tune of Agadoo Baaaaza-nu-nu-nu plays in goal for Saints FC Baaaaza-nu-nu-nu he fucking hates Pompey
  6. They have Rodri though who was exceptional last season. Can't see Leeds letting Phillips go for less than £60m which is a lot to spend on a bit part player. They did buy Grealish though I suppose.
  7. When JWP is your most creative player then Kalvin Phillips is basically Iniesta
  8. Bernard Cribbins look a like competition he has to go to in Bursledon and he won't make it back in time for KO
  9. 20 seems generous
  10. I didn't watch post match last night, but I noticed this after the Brentford game. It felt like he wanted out in his post match interview.
  11. Ralph Out now. What are we losing by getting rid of him? Grass is not always greener but this is dross. We were better under Puel (we did have VVD though).
  12. Assuming you mean Dibling? Or are Rimmer and Lister getting a run out as well?
  13. As per title
  14. Looking for 1 ticket here
  15. I'm not overtly Ralph out, but I don't think I'd be upset to see him go now. Would be interested to see if someone else could do a bit better with this squad.
  16. Are any of those players you've mentioned really good enough to be playing at their respective clubs though? Outside Fred?
  17. I don't think this is a very good illustration of his creativity. Take out the set pieces which we know he is great at then there is 23 chances created in 2,677 minutes, or a chance from open play every 116 minutes. People saying his is City quality, but De Bruyne has a chance from open play every 37 minutes. A bit of apples v oranges there, but it's not the same league.
  18. This might seem like blasphemy to some, but is JWP top 6 quality? Obviously he is elite at direct Free Kicks, very good at corners and indirect free kicks. His work rate is outstanding, but aside from that? He is not a great tackler, he isn't particularly strong, he isn't creative at all...
  19. Niemi Clyne - Van Dijk - Fonte - Shaw Schneiderlein - JWP Tadic - Le Tissier - Mane Pelle Surprising lack of Shaw in these teams, especially as Bale only had one season for us and it was in the championship. Shaw had one of the best games i've ever seen any footballer have, let alone a Saints player, at Stamford Bridge when we drew 2-2 in 2013.
  20. I feel like he always been a bit of unit. He is dead short though so I think it amplifies the effect some what.
  21. Away at the champions, 2-0 loss, still missing Ings and Romeu, not the end of the world. A bit of composure in and around their penalty area and it could've been a different story. Was expecting the second goal for a while, the back 4 look knackered.
  22. 3 wins, 1 draw, 11 losses in 2021. But apparently yesterday was just a "bad day at the office".
  23. Never got to go unfortunately. My first Saints game was the first year at St Mary's I think. Saints 4 - Fulham 2. Remember us being 2 down and a Beattie hattrick turning it around.
  24. I think we should be putting out our strongest team for the cup, as it's our only shot now at winning something. I'll be a bit disappointed if he starts to be honest, having not played a game of football in 7-8 months. Bring him on if we're 2-3 up for some minutes, fine.
  25. How long until Salisu becomes a Dia or a Forren?
