You're not getting paid, neither are you, nor you, nope you're not either....

iPhone 3G is absolutely free on Orange - tied in to a 24 month contract though at about £36 per month....

Well I've had a few recently so here goes : HTC Touch G1 - this was an awesome phone and could have done some serious damage to the iphone market, however it was tied in to a T-mobile contract! They then went an forced through an update to the phone which destroyed it to the point that standing next to the phone and calling it from a landline and it wouldn't even ring! It could have been a contender Blackberry - tried a few different ones of these out and they seem awesome for work, email is great and battery life is huge, but if you want the internet then give it a miss! Equivalent of approx 56k dial up modem is slow Nokia 5800 - awesome phone for music and mp3 player. Great for apps too with the Ovi store. But just way too fiddly with that little stylus thingy for tapping out messages etc. Super quick internet too with 3.5g, but just looks a bit crap really! So, which phone did I end up with - God I'm starting to sound like Ess!!! - that's right, I went with the iPhone! Frankly it takes all the good bits from all the other phones and puts them in one place. OK the battery life is a bit short - especially if using the internet, iPod, Apps, etc - but it cost me £3.50 to get two additional usb leads and let's face it, who's not near a computer most of the time these days!!

Why not look at one of those electric scooters? About £500 to buy - new - do about 30mph, and cost about 8p to recharge for 30 miles of travel, a lot cheaper than a normal scooter! Plus, the tax is really laughable at a whopping £0 per annum! For getting to and from work in a town / city, it would be ideal, anything longer / further would be a pain though I guess...

Lol. One of the ideas on there is to start the game in front of an empty stadium If that one worked, they would have had the answers the seek at the end of August!
-
Can you tell us where you've put these simulators recently??

Katie Price / Jordan or whatever she changes her name to this year.

Conversely I f*cking love the fact that the pub is only open for 3 hours - 2 and a half if I can get rid of the pikeys any quicker
-
You two should have a dinner party I'm wondering if it would end in a fight??
-
If my Missus walked into the bedroom wearing a pair of those - and looking like that! - even if it was the middle of August, I'd certainly think it was Christmas
-
No, it's not what I was saying at all - and I think you know it However, for clarity, what I was saying is that those 6 people who sit in the Itchen, DID have a chance - however slim that may have been - of purchasing their own seat, if they had acted quickly when the seats went on sale, unlike people who sit in the Kingsland who had NO CHANCE - none at all, zip, nada, nothing - of purchasing their own seat, as their stand was closed!!
-
I think you fail to see the glaring and ridiculously obvious reason why this cannot happen. The Kingsland stand is not open, therefore - and you may not like this bit, because there are other season ticket holders in the ground other than in the Itchen stand!!! - they cannot possibly get their own seats! Besides, doing it the way the club are, DOES give the people who sit in the Itchen a chance to get their own seat - unlike the Kingsland, who have NO CHANCE - they just have to be the first ones to call, visit the ticket office or book online!!! The club has been run badly by idiots for many years now, personally I think picking holes in this common sense approach we now have is a bit petty, and if those people who have left it too late to get their own seat are going to boycott the game because of that, then we will probably be better off without them!

Is that guy on the right wearing the tie called 'LifelongCherryPipSaintSkate'??

Does anyone know the answer to this : Accumulation of 10 unexpired points will result in an automatic two-week suspension. Members who have been subject to this two-week suspension who subsequently accumulate a further 10 points will receive a permanent ban. Does this mean that after a poster has a two week holiday they have their infraction points re-set to zero, or can they accumulate up to 20 - assuming they accumulate more before the old ones expire - before getting a perma B-an?

Lol. I got one for posting links to an external website, and copying information from there to this one. Only, they were links to this very site, and copies of what I had previously posted on another thread. Lucky then that the rule book seems to have been torn up by Boj in a fit of rage and now he just hands out the infractions as and when he wants to, and just makes up his own reasons
-
Not really. It's not that hard to put : 'will' 'fox' 'professional golfer' 'southampton' into a google search all at the same time, and come up with a twitter link, and a website link for someone going by the name of Will Fox who claims to be a professional golfer on the 'circuit' - click the link for 'sponsors' on the website to see how many he has A question for Will though, why are there no results for last year, and only fixtures for next year on the website?
-
And at least one sponsor if I was best mates to Tiger Woods - surely he has a few contacts 'going spare'.....

Can you not just up and leave them and get a job with the Umbrella Company? I bet Mrs Mars would be well happy if you came home form your new job with a beautiful pink umbrella present for her.

Wow, I read through [some] of this drivel, and all I could think about was bring back Tiggs, Wiltshire and even Stupot Stu. At least they could be funny when arguing. Or maybe it's the current crackdown on 'sarcasm' that's left this thread coming up a few yards short of the green....
-
I think it's got something to do with apathy, and that no-one else really wanted to do it.
-
You appear to have totally dismissed the Master Bates option....

6 infractions in a week for me from herr Bojer, which resulted in a ban. Happy days.
-
I imagine her 'jade-esque' announcement will be coming shortly - by March 2010 would be my guess - and then everyone will be trumpeting her in the same way they trumpeted Miss Goody. As Minty said, all a bit sad really.

Aren't you?
