Its a 2001 Vauxhall Astra. I think that it has had a decent system in it as there is a lot or wiring in boot for a sub I would guess. Someone has now fitted a knackerered head unit,that works sometimes.At the moment it doesn't work at all.There is a cable underneath that I was told was for an i pod. I think it probably needs a different wiring loom or something,as I now have a Blaupunkt Radio cassette. (old but comes with handbook) I won't try and do it myself as I am sure to cock it up!

Mechanic at local garage I use works on these (MG TF) a lot.Says they are rubbish,so steer clear imo.

Anyone on here can fit a car radio? I'm hopeless at electrics. Mine has expired and I have bought another from ebay.

He had the potential to be top class winger for us,but rarely showed it .....shame.

Don't really care,I'm affraid......much more important things to worry about.
