Got a samsung led 6000 range. Had it for a year with Sky etc but never been happy with picture. Anyone got any ideas? One minute it's looks great next minute all over exposed, white glare and misty effect. HD is good but fed up with fiddling around trying to get colours right. Help!

Any boffins help me out here. Daughters laptop suddenly seems to have been infected with a virus. Every website she goes on, it now appears adverts pop up all over the place. She has the free AVG installed and I have adjusted the pop up blocker to 'High' but they still getting through. If I go and buy something like Norton will it get rid of it.? And no, its not the dodgy stuff either just ads for anthing from University courses to computer stuff ut preventing her form actually using the Internet. Any ideas guys?
