Turn it on right before the game, ignore the commentary (easy after so many games), tea at half time, turn off right after. I stayed just long enough for the Shea and Ryan interview tonight, which is more than I'd normally risk. They got in at least 2 spygates in the seconds building up to that.

Stammering can be recognised as a disability. Since disability is a protected characteristic under the Equalities Act, what some see as minor could result in much more of an impact.

Great win. When we are working our way back up the football pyramid, we can look fondly back on it. And it will have to be looking. Our fans will be banned for throwing something at their coach. Our ball boys will also be banned for not giving them the ball. THB will still be suspended from whatever is going into the ref's report. Tonda will be on his island of exile, plotting a Napoleonic return, if part of Spygate. 🙂

Immense performance tonight and across the 2 legs. Boro gave everything they had. They were hanging on, with Sarmiento giving them a late boost. It took that Charles curling cross/ shot to get past the stretching leg of Fry to make the difference. Just thinking of all that pressure we soaked up in the first half of the first leg. Or having to come back from going down so early tonight, and finding a way back into it. Our organisation, game plan and sheer hard graft right across the squad saw us through. A performance and group to be proud of.

We were well on top for most of that. We 've had a lot of deliveries into the box. But Boro have done enough to stop one of our more fruitful backup options. They were tiring. Sam, Flynn and Larin can hopefully take advantage. But far from over.
