  1. IMO I think this will turn out to be a very good appointment. If only we could get to the old databases, I remember posting on here in late Jan 2008 (before we appointed Nigel Pearson) that Nigel Adkins would be a good choice because his teams play good football. They play as a TEAM, the way it should be played with lots of players making runs off the ball, and less reliance on individual play. Whether the players are fit enough after their poor pre-season is another question.
  2. Their rates were in the 1st document they produced dated 28 May 2010 (note they may have increased in July 2010).
  3. I notice that of the 12 fixtures yesterday ONLY 3 sides had lower gates (watford, qpr & s****horpe) and the CHEATS gate included the approx 2000 that ipswich brought. By way of an reminder the CHEATS FC are coming up to the 10th anniversary of their league cup game against Blackburn in a couple of weeks time (26th Sept). I assume the "thickest fans in the world" will remind the media of the attendance figure for that game. 2,731
  4. Of course the Football League changed their rules in the summer, which the CHEATS FC probably took no notice of because they usually ignore rules. http://www.football-league.co.uk/footballleaguenews/20100804/clubs-approve-rule-changes_2246528_2110947 I have highlighted where I think they failed (e.g. a BVI bank account does not count.), although IMO they probably failed on most of them if the real truth ever comes out. CHEATS !!!!
  5. I believe the Football League rules ONLY says that in section 51.1 which relates STANDARD LOANS, there are also EMERGENCY loans (section 51.2) which is how the CHEATS FC will get around it. http://www.football-league.co.uk/regulations/20100801/section-6-players_2284800_2125731#50 IMO the important bits are :- 50 ALL TEMPORARY LOANS 50.3.1 - 50.3.2 - 51.1 Standard Loans 51.1.1 - Full or Half season 51.1.3 - 51.1.4 51.2 Emergency and Youth Loans 51.2.2 Various dates, i.e. not for 7 days after close of Transfer Window etc. 51.2.7 Most of the rest on Emergency Loans relates to "Youth" players and GKs, I cannot see anything about numbers from one club, I think that 50.3.2 covers it.
  6. At the time of the denial (sic) in the Skate News it said he was on a SALARY of 28k a week. As you said there are add-ons which we all assume take him up to the 80k a week. However it could be that because most of the add-ons are "Tax Free" that he isn't costing the CHEATS FC 80k a week but nearer to 54k a week and he is on the EQUIVALENT of 80k a week as if it was all being paid in Salary. Just a thought no proof. (something like: 80k at 50% = 40k net = (28k at 50% = 14k + 26k (tax free)) Still over 5 times their Salary limit but it may not be costing the CHEATS FC as much as we all thought.
  7. Don't worry the FA have banned the Lee Barnard that plays for SWINDON. http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/SuspensionLists
  8. Dave Jones said on the BBC Football League Show that Cardiff brought "three and a half thousand". http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b00mfmt9 (14:10 to 14:20 in) So that makes it 15,866 - 3,500 = 12,366.
  9. Good post, certain people should review those 2 games again. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_2/8935224.stm Chances (8 good chances against 1) :- Jason shot over from 5 yards. Lee shot - post. Richie free kick - Goal. Orient only chance - Goal ( ? poor marking / Gk should have punched ??) Lee shot - good save. Richie header - good save. Lee shot - very good save. Lee header - post. Dan shot over from 5 yards (? should he have used his right foot ?) and the Bolton game http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/league_cup/8944370.stm Chances (most of the play : 5 good chances against 1 in the first 85 mins) Lee - shot saved. (They missed another Lee shot which was saved) Morgan cross - nearly og. Bolton only shot in first half - Goal. Adam shot just wide from 15 yards. Jason - dribble and cross. Rickie free kick just wide (side net). (last 5 mins) Bolton "rare foray into Saints half" - Davies full stretch at far post well wide. Bolton shot saved by Kelvin after poor header by Dan.
  10. Last season with Papa 2nd Sept Saints sign Papa on loan http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1785065,00.html 6 days later on the 8th Sept they get the green light from the Italian FA http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1791231,00.html . IMO his debut might not be until Swindon next week
  11. To support your WHU link this is what AP said in the buildup to the Colchester game last season http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/page/NewsDetail/0,,10280~1787575,00.html
  12. Another little fact comes out in this article http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/Utaka-heading-39back-to-the.6490212.jp Still another £4M in this Transfer Window, then another £4M in the next and then a further £8M next summer. IMO No chance.
  13. I see they had one of their WebChat things yesterday http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/Pompey-webchat-with-Jordan-Cross.6485478.jp Some of the quotes from the Reporter On Mokoena On Lloyd On Chainrai investing before the end of August In Wilson (IMO when Agents hawk players around it usually means they want to go.) However nothing seems to get through to the "thickest fans in the world" ™,
  14. There was a FL Board Meeting this week where Palace got their Golden Share (dated 20 August) http://www.football-league.co.uk/championship/news/20100820/palace-exit-administration_2248204_2125030 Which doesn't answer why you CHEATS have to wait until Sept as we have all known for months now that the "friend of the Gunrunner" was the ONLY OWNER. Perhaps the "trying to get it early" is just SPIN to keep the 2,731 supporters happy. Also note the final paragraph
  15. As i understand it they cannot appeal the appeal, however a good read is what Android claimed he could do for Swindon's cva. http://www.twohundredpercent.net/?p=5438 Andriod suddenly gave himself magical powers to and He doesn't he has to go back to the Creditors and call another meeting. Meanwhile in the CHEATS case he has SOLD various players Belhadi (2,154,404 votes), Diop (1,336,017) etc and other Football Creditors will be paid in Yr 1 so what is left of the Creditors after Year1 may not vote in his favour if he trys to amend the cva. Remember the cva SAYS THEY WILL GET £13M in this Transfer Window. £4M in the Jan Transfer Window and another £8M in next summer's Transfer Window.
  16. R.I.P, a true gentleman. Thanks from all 51,000 who went to Wembley last year and for everything you did for this Club. I went to Markus other companies web sites to see if they is any more news but i couldn't find anything other that I BELIEVE HE IS WEARING A SAINTS TIE in this picture ??? (Am I correct ?) http://www.mali-group.com/
  17. Thanks for that, especially the bit Yes, but it was not the FL but the FA that charged them http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/Disciplinary/NewsAndFeatures/2008/Statement4Jun08 A case of "Double Standards" IMO. However there is no record of the charge reported by the Torygraph on either the PL or FA sites as far as I can see.
  18. Yes I read that in the hardcopy version. Yet only a couple of days ago they managed to convince Injustice Mann that it was a choice between Gunrunner's ex-business colleague or bust and then 2 days later he will be "will be in London tomorrow to continue negotiations" with somebody else. Anyhow I like the comments about "holding the club to ransom" and then if you read their match report it says "while John Utaka, nominally their wide-left player had hardly touched the ball and would surely have left at half-time if Cotterill had any options on his bench. Remind me again is he on 28k a week or 80k a week and how much does the taxman get ?
  19. The ruling by UNJust Mann is available for viewing http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2010/2013.html 1/ In point 1 I'm not sure the Judge should be concerned with 2/ It looks as if the Judge was taken in by esp when Comical Andy was telling that bloke from NZ to go away. Which implies to me that THEY DIDN'T WANT another buyer confusing their master plan to con the Judge. 3/ From memory between the 1st (1 Oct) and 2nd (23 Dec) Winding orders didn't they make changes to the ownership of the slum, I bet HMRC regret reaching that agreement on the 3 Nov now. 13/ ?? and 16/ Isn't this against FA Rules ? 33/ Thick Skates couldn't get all their troops to view the same way ! 40/ I haven't got time to go through the rest this evening but on first reading UNJUST MANN seems to take everything that the CHEATS say as Gospel and questions HMRC figures. He appears to be VERY ONE SIDED with his comments e.g. IMO UNJUST is completely in love with Comical_Andy and believes every word he says!
  20. Q1/ Does anybody have anymore info on the reports that they used an unlicensed agent Chris LeBesque in the Diarra deal ? Are the FA looking in to it ? or has AA paid him off out of petty cash to keep him out of the cva? Q2/ When they were using Fuglers (Mark Jacob) Client Account to act as their Bank Account, I was led to believe that this was in breach of FA rules ? Could somebody point me at the section in the FA Rule Book this relates to ?
  21. Now that Court Case is over I have written to the FA saying that most Football fans at all bar one Club EXPECT the FA to now bring CHARGES against the CHEATS. http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/WhoWeAre/ContactUs
  22. What happened to the 2nd installment of money from the previous season ? I believe the PL money from the 08/09 season was paid to clubs in August 09 and Jan 10 to clubs and should have been about that amount. I know what was reported in court BUT COULD the £11M they received in Jan 10 in fact be the money from the previous season ? and we have yet another example of the CHEATS trying to pull the wool over the eyes of the Judge by making out it is advance payments for the 09/10 season ?
  23. My view is that after the CVA is overturned, then HMRC will push for the removal of Comical Andy from the case and for the Court to appoint another firm (say Griffins) to handle the Admin and then the Liquidation of PCFC after 9 months. There are laws relating to the seizure of assets and if somebody other than Comical Andy was to look at the books in detail, who knows what they will find. It could be they are after certain property in Hayling I, Mayfair and poss Sandbanks and of course those people might be struck off from being Directors again (Remember this is the 7th Company that Gunrunner has had in the UK and most have gone into Admin - I think). IMO HMRC do not care if the Cheats start on zero points or minus 100 points, they want "Mr Big" and to do so they NEED to view the books and do a proper Admin/Liquidation job.
  24. IMO It means their CVA is rubbish and the Judge should throw it out when it gets to Court. The ruling in 2004 said that "Priority Debts" (Football Creditors) can be paid in full if the Buyer pays with his "free money and at his own cost and not at the cost of the company". However the CVA shows the money be paid from TV + PL payments which I believe are assets of the OldCo.
  25. Following various comments over the last few days about how much money Chainrai is in for and how Comical Andy's CVA clearly shows that the Football Creditors are being paid by the money from TV & the PL, I thought I should revisit the original 2004 High Court ruling of HMRC v Wimbledon case by Justice Lightman. When comparing with the Cheats remember :- (1) there is NO Buyer or Sale Agreement, (2) the TV money + PL payments are assets of "OldCo" and is not "new money", however we all know we are dealing with a bunch of Cheats here so when reading it assume they will not play by the rules. I have attempted to cut and paste what I consider the important points in the ruling. Point 17 is the judgement but I have also given the others to show the buildup to the ruling. Having read it again I can only see HMRC winning the appeal against the Cheats, and I think Paul Greenwood was right it did create a "rogue's charter". http://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2004/1020.html
