I see the Skate News is reporting that the Administrators blocked their most recent attempt to cheat. http://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/Cotterill-has-Halford-hope.6585894.jp An overview of my thoughts:- remember with the CHEATS FC there are 2 issues, "the Ownership" (*) and "the Golden Share". With other clubs (Leeds,Luton,us etc) the Ownership has always come first and then the Football authorities have used the Golden Share as a bargining stick. Ask youself why have the Cheats FC tried to do it in a reverse order, could the answer be one of Daniel Azougy, Fugler's, Chris LeBesque or even Storrieteller ? I believe one of the four conditions from the FL was that the ownership must be in place (Companies House) before the Share is discussed at the next FL meeting (meetings are usually every 2 to 3 weeks, I believe). (*) IMO the Ownership has never been in doubt from day 1, AA has "discouraged" everyone else, and the parachute payments mean that liquidation was NEVER an option (ignore the verbal diarrhoea that comes out of AA mouth). I expect the CHEATS FC to try to delay ownership (reg with Companies House) until the day of the next FL meeting. The question for me is whether the Football authorties (FA & FL) have the bottle to treat all League Clubs (e.g. Leeds, Luton) the same.

As far as Plan B, NA attempted various changes yesterday when things were NOT WORKING: (a) Wide players switching wings 2 or 3 times in the 1st half, whereas AP quite often left the wide players on the same wing for the whole 90 mins always the "wrong way around" (right footer on the left and left footer on the right) even when everyone bar him could see it was not working; (b) Late in the game yesterday NA moved Adam "into the hole" behind the 2 strikers and played a "diamond system", wheras AP often played the same system for the whole 90mins and only just replaced one wide player with another. For me the problem yesterday was "slow start" to the first half. This problem happen a number of times last season as well (e.g. Orient away, 2nd half at home to Norwich etc), but it the 1st time under Nige that the players have been "off the pace" at the start of a half.

I think it will be Chaplow and Morgan for centre-midfield next week again Oldham. I believe that was Dean Hammond's 5th yellow card of the season so he will get a one match ban .

As I said a couple of days ago I replied to the FA :- I received the following reply from the FA :- The only difference this time is I had received a reply from an "Customer Relations Officer", the 1st email was from an "Customer Relations Assistant" so I must be going higher up the chain. But he didn't answer any of my points why ? (At least I got those issues off my chest however they cannot say at a later date they weren't brought to their attention).

There was something on Radio Solent this morning (07:20 ish), saying that one of the morning newspapers had a story saying that if some Italian club did not pay them some money soon they would run out of money and be forced to ask their players to defer their wages (or something like that). . Like you it suggests to me an attempt to force the FL's hand.

I posted the following last week saying I had sent an email to the FA about the ".. I done him FIRST with an elbow..." quotes on Radio Solent. The FA have finally replied with So a cheat fc player says on the radio " I done him FIRST with an elbow" and the FA says ".. insufficient evidence". WHAT A JOKE THE FA ARE.

I noticed that as well. (some thoughts) Was he at the game ?? Were the Liebherr family over and he went in a Box with them ?? Now that the problems with the "Football Side" of the Club have been addressed he may be turning his attention to the Executive Club or the Boxes and why there are poor sales ??

I was looking on the FA web site for when they announce this charge and I saw that the FA are recruiting 2 new solicitors. http://www.thefa.com/TheFA/NewsAndFeatures/2010/RPSolicitors One is a Litigation Solicitor Perhaps the FA have had enough of CHEATS FC sticking two fingers up at them and then threating them with legal action (europe, Daniel Azougy etc etc).

I heard on Radio Solent this morning that it was an AGENT that offered howe the Saints job. It didn't say whether the Agent was acting for howe or Saints. This reminded me of the situation last year where we were looking for a centre half - Fonte (Palace) or Ward (Coventry). SSN announced that we had agreed to sign Ward (I believe this was leaked to them from Ward's agent), yet somebody pulled the deal at the last moment (rumoured to be NC) and we signed Fonte. I have zero regard for Agents, they are only too happy to pull deals at the last moment or "move players on" when it suits their needs. IMO it would seem NC is happy to play Agents at their own game, and the "good" Agents are being treated the same as "bad" Agents.

Yesterday evening on Solent they had "Colin the stammer" on the radio at about 05:20 ish. I think you should look at the figures for 2008/9 and 2007/8. You will see that the attendance figures for those 2 seasons also dropped off. There was no Ticket Tax and Lowe didn't sack the Clueless Dutch Clowns in 08/09, and Crouch didn't sack Burley in 07/08 but the figures still dropped off from the start of the season. For some it is about results, entertainment and how well they think the team has been prepared for the season.

There may also be other issues like Markus estate ? Does anybody know whether Probate has been granted on his estate yet ? Certainly in this country things like Bank Accounts are Frozen until Probate is granted. It doesn't mean the money is not there to fund loan signing but at the moment it MAY NOT be accessed. (? Didn't Nicola make a quick trip back to Switzerland when we were trying to sort out the money for Adkins ?). It all depends on what the problems are for the new manager. In the case of wGS and IMO NA the players in both cases had had poor pre seasons training leaving the players "off the pace", whereas Bally took over a side in January that had won 2 of their last 4 league games. In 2001 it took wGS 4 matches (D L L & L) and double training sessions before he got them "up to pace" to compete with the other teams. Whereas Bally took over in Jan 1994 the final 4 league games before were W (CHELSEA), D (mancity), L (NORWICH) & W (COVENTRY), the first 3 with Branfoot in charge. The players were fit enough they just needed a change in tactics, i.e. play to Matty strengths.

I can't understand why the CHEATS FC are complaining about it. The 1st CVA report produced on 28th May said they owed the following to the North London Yobos Begovic £1M, Boateng £3M and O'Hara £0.5M in unpaid Transfer fees. The 2nd CVA report produced on 21 June said the NLYs had £5,182,986.42 VOTES which AA was only to happy to use to defeat the Tax Man. Now he doesn't want to pay some of it. CHEATS

If AA's CVA dated 28th May is to be believed we will find out later this month. That report said they are due to pay creditors £2M in Sept 2010. IMO it will be "sorry creditors but that money has been spent on K & L wages". ? I've also heard that rocha & kanu have just signed deals on similar wages. I wonder what the FL will do if that payment is not made ? CHEATS.
