As I have mentioned, I was told at the end of April that Bazunu would be number one goalkeeper for this season. Does anyone else think that it is possible that Will Still was told that Bazunu and Stephens were both to play major roles this season ? Just a thought.

2 - 2, was a very fair reflection of the series and all the Sky cricket experts agreed. on that as well.

I was told over 3 months ago [ I posted on 28/4/25 ] that the club intended that Bazunu would be number 1 this year. A pretty decent source,that is all I am prepared to say. Not particularly happen about it,I do worry if Bazunu and Stephens are in the starting eleven.

Perhaps if Dibling goes we could sign Rudoni.

The above podcast still is the only time I have ever seen Stephens with an eye on a player,it is normally watching empty space.

Tony Bellew said how great Usyk would become,when AU dismantled him a few years back at cruiserweight,not a bad judge Mr Bellew.

I have followed the game for 62 years,so no need for sarcastic comment John B,you have your opinions and I have mine. I played for 33 years, not that proves anything. If Baker turns out to be a good signing I will be delighted,but time will tell, Why did Somerset let him go,if he is that good ? I agree with you on two points, the first about James Vince and the second being that Barry Richards is the best batsmen I have ever seen,by a country mile and for the record I told him that at the bowl about 15 years ago,when he was in the concourse.

Golac and Pahars my two favourites. Ekelund had the most potential.
