It's his opinion, and we're all entitled to it

In my opinion fraudsters are the lowest of the low (well, just behind rapists and murderers anyway).
-
Yes, immature posts like theirs have reminded me why I spend so little time on this forum these days. The average age (and IQ) seems to have plummeted. Far better ones around where you can have a decent conversation with someone who isn't there purely seeking attention.

Straight from Uni? Pull the other one pal.

Any "sport" that breaks for "tea" is not a sport.

went there a few years back. I recall Terrarium being a particularly good club: http://www.tallinn-life.com/drink/pubs_cafes_details/55-Terrarium

So now the teapot is GIANT eh? This is getting out of control! this is how conspiracy theories start! heee hee!
-
I am undecided as there seems credible evidence/discussion/investigation into the existence. For example this (and countless others) discussion, TV shows/books/stories etc. Came across many orbiting teapot debates recently have you? Looking forward to your "even more ridiculous" next example.

No, my username has nothing to do with my date of birth. I'm slightly older than your guestimate (agree I was in a particularly miserable mood yesterday though!)
-
You're welcome. If I had to see Hammond's (who they call Hamster I believe - genius) face on the front of The Sun etc (no I don't read it) every day for a week after he crashed a car attempting some ridiculous high-speed stunt, you can all read my opinion of him.

I walk into a room. I don't think anybody* is in there. I look around and confirm it. Negative proved. As for you Ponty (who sounds far too opinionated to be an administrator, but that's another argument), you do have to prove it, because it is you who first come out with the bold sweeping generalisation. Like Baj said, stop being so closed-minded, you're sounding extremely ignorant. I, like many am undecided (as I have no proof) either way. Interesting debate though (when you ignore the immature posts that it quickly becomes evident aren't worth reading like Mr "Ghostbuster"'s). * Ignoring ghosts, of course

Every series of top gear. Cannot think of anything worse. Never been excited by cars and cannot stand Clarkson (ignorant) or Hammond (attention seeker).
-
I think Surman took the 2nd one as it wasn't as central as the first and was far more suited to a left footer. Surprised nobody else has noticed this.

Cunning...

We could play at Fleming Park next season - didn't do me any harm

Met a Dutch girl with inflatable shoes last week. Phoned her up for a date but unfortunately she'd popped her clogs

is particularly annoying (not to mention cr*p and repetitive) isn't it -
won't look after themselves or can't? Big difference. The single mother living on welfare is a big problem in this country as well. I personally think he makes a lot of valid points (but won't be drawn into an argument as I've not paid my fiver so can only post three times!)

Ah, Mr google the affair rumbler. Had a "Trigger" question from a work colleague yesterday while looking at this. "Is it live"? Mouth before brain me thinks. hee hee.

Excellent advice, forgot to mention that. I'm not sure they are less inclined to operate "these days" - they generally need convincing it's worthwhile for you, which essentially means convincing them you are young, active enough and are prepared for the rehab battle. Most complications with ACL repair are scar-tissue related.
-
It's sounding more and more like the ACL I'm afraid Steve. Your additional posts above just echo what I said earlier - nobody other than an Orthapeadic Consultant (ie knee specialist) know enough about knees to give an accurate diagnosis. Agree with SS - don't do any "cutting" motion on the knee until the results - you'll just damage the meniscus (cartilidge) which will cause more pain and make any surgery more complex. PM me or SS if you have any questions - we've both been through it. And yes, rehab is horrible - I had to do 1/2 hour strengthening exercises EVERY DAY for 6 months - not much fun.
-
Played it a few months back after what must have been 15 years since I last played it as a kid (used to play it every week). Not the same since they changed the order of all the holes around. Shame though. Learnt to play the game on that course.

Re (2), in the main they do not have as good a grasp of the English language as employees at a UK call centre. They often don't understand what I am saying. And any query even slightly out of the ordinary and they "need to check with their supervisor). I therefore find them less helpful. I'm with you on (5) though!
-
Wow Steve, bet you didn't think your problem would lead to such debate! I think Johnny Bognor's post makes the most sense above. Incidentally, I was screened for MRSA etc before having my (private - sorry Bridge) so that point is true enough. Oh, and NI doesn't fund the NHS, it funds certain Social Securty benefits.
