Well the Saints orginisation handed out the Superbowl rings last night .....All 219 of them....Every full-time staff member, from the General Manager to the Secretaries, got one.......So i guess that pretty much brings the seasons celebrations to close ....well apart from the 'Banner unvailing' at the first game of the season....can't wait .....just paid final season ticket invoice on Monday ) enjoy ) Now for TWO DAT!!! The point a lot of peeps over here seem to be missing, isn't so much the spew it's self, although that's looking more and more like gross negligence every day as more info comes out....It's not even all the failed attempts to plug the hole that's angered so many. What's got right up peoples noses and ****ed so many peeps off is BP's total and complete apathy and comparative non action towards mitigating the damage...Gross incompetence would be to complementary a term....They haven't even done 10% of what would be considered and acceptable effort toward minimizing the affect of the pollution. The American "Can Do" attitude just can't contemplate the under resourcing, lack of urgency and extended beurocracy that BP are displaying toward preventing the Oil from causing irreparable damage...Then you have BP's CEO with his British accent and mannerism, insulting everyone at every given opportunity...and then add to that, BP's failed atempts at deception and cover ups and you have what you have. There were literaly hundreds of things BP could have done to mitigate a lot of the damage, but instead sat on their hands while talking down the amount of oil being leaked they even refused to release the under water videos untill they were threatend over it...by the time peeps here realised they weren't up to the job, it was too late. BP are being highlighted as a British company because BP are being so....well, 'British' Then of course just to make matters worse we have Mr 'style over substance', Chairman clueless 'O' as President...Anyone else in the Hot seat would have already kicked BP's arse black and blue by now. I see some peeps on here are contemplating buying shares in BP ready for the 'bounce back'...I wouldnt bother guys....There are lawyer adverts on every street corner and radio comercials every 15 mins around these parts...by the time the feds have finished with them and Chairman 'O' has made an example of them. Then the Gulf States have had what's left.....and then the locals have picked over the bones there won't be anything left bar a rotten carcass. And that very victim mentality is exactly the reason Britain has got it's self in the state its in, with half the population of many towns and villages in Britain on some kind disability benefit or the dole...pathetic! I can tell you how they do it over here...Staff on discount passes wait at the boarding gate until every last paying passenger, including standby passengers are on the plane and they're about to shut the plane door....Then they call in the staff passengers and literally shut the door and pull the gangway away behind them....there is no 'later' left for a paying fare.

Well i did well thanks to Maggie...She opened doors for me that were locked tightly shut before she took over.....I knew my place under the Governments before her....I was a 'working class comrade' and always would be. If it weren't for Maggy I'd probably still be living on a Council Estate in a dead end job, voting Labour and thinking the world owed me a living.......She made it possible for peeps who had something about them and were prepared to work hard to get out of the poverty trap....Something taken a lot more for granted today after she broke down the barriers. I followed her advice and took advantage of the opportunities she created........and while my mates were down the pub playing darts and pool I was starting my own business, running a second self employed job 'and' flipping houses.....Never looked back after that. Agree with you 100% )....That's also been my experience of living here in the The 'Deep South' (heh, i 'know' i've gone native though ) I wouldn't even dream of living anywere else now.....Even to a point that a few years back I came to realize that i loved the New Orleans Saints even more than the Southampton Saints....Something i couldn't have even contemplated a few years before.....And this year i'm going to continue following my heart and throw my hat in the ring for the USA!. The fact is, BA are a 'private' company and should be able to run 'their' affairs anyway they see fit....If peeps who work for them don't like the way they run their business, they should just **** off and get another job......If they're that qualified/talented to think they're able to demand such special attention, then I'm sure their services will be 'snapped' up by other companies.....I really don't see the problem. In the mean time peeps, you can be sure the crews of Delta, American Airlines, Southwest and Northwest Airlines etc, will welcome your business with open arms.

DirecTv are going to be broadcasting 25 games in 3D here.....not sure I can be *rsed to get a 3D TV just yet though. So it'll be plain 'ole HD for me.....Come September and the start of the Football season, that will be another matter

Only one way y'all are gunna get out the mess the Socialist's have got y'all in....and that's follow 'SG's Guide to post Socialst era recovery' Increase welfare payments,(yup 'increase') but limit them to a max of 9 months for the next 3 years there after reduce to 6 months max. After that you're either 'cut' or you work for 2-3 quid an hour on community type work, cleaning out canals, clearing forestry fire breaks, or maintenance on schools etc....... Do the same for the more minor incapacity benefits. Introduce/reintroduce Prison 'Chain Gangs' for road maintenance etc...If the tax payer has to pay for them, then make them 'earn' their money. Get rid of the thousands of Socialist appointed Nanny 'non jobs'...'5 a day co coordinators', 'Lesbian family planning consultant's, 'Energy waste snoopers/Nazi's', Garbage bin inspectors, etc Save Billions of $$$$ by Facing up to the reality that Climate Change or no Climate Change, there ain't a damned thing Britain can do about it either way.....Still need to secure your energy future though, or it's lights out for y'all.... Stimulate industry and business by killing the "Human rights" act and the vast majority of employment laws and introduce a provision for "Work at will", where both employer and employee can terminate their employment 'at will'...no reason necessary....make a 45hr week the 'norm' End the war on the motorist and more importantly Goods vehicles ...Make transportation cheap, reduce Fuel tax by 90% and end Road Tax, turn back the clock on MOT's, make them a 5 min drive through visual inspection like they were when they were first introduced, or even better scrap it all together....Successful commerce rely on cheap transport and a mobile workforce. Reduce the size of the NHS by 80% and turn it over to private industry leaving 20% spread around the country for the poor and needy...reduce NI contributions by a similar amount...Oh, and extend retirement age by 3 years. Scrap the TV license....make the 'State' media stations stand on their own two feet. Those are just a few for starters........Follow these simple guidelines folks and Trillions will be paid off and y'all be back on your feet before you even know it. Just sit down one day and count up all the ways the Government, both Central and Local has some input in controlling and/or restricting your life.....From Garbage bin laws.....To MOT certificates.....Then look around at the numerous ways your Government is 'telling' you what to do.....Look at the pollution of Government signs that are everywhere!....On the road, on the streets, in buildings, on TV, in the news papers. in the schools. Hell, you can't even stand up at a Soccer game anymore...Why not?....No other reason than the 'Government says you can't......how laughable is that?

It's happened in every aspect of British life....If the prolonged erosion of liberties and increase in Government control and consequent dependence had happened all in one go, it would have probably resulted in civil war. The fact it's been obtained by 'creep'....... Every year a little bit more. Each time never quite enough to get the population really riled....Untill what you've ended up with has eventually become the new 'normal'...So much so that peeps like you are even questioning the fact you've lost anything at all. Not to mention you now have a whole generation born into it and know no different at all. Now about your speeding ticket...Do you honestly believe that when speed limits were introduced into Law....that the 'Spirit and intent' of that Law was to catch and prosecute 'every single' motorist that drove 'above' that arbitrary speed?
