However as they are a preferred supplier for Jansport i may write a snidey email direct to Jansport after i've got my bag to let them know just how their chosen companies conduct themselves in the hope of getting some free stuff... By the letter of the law they may be within their rights to ask for extra money...but i think it's an embarassingly poor way to run a business...

Pretty p:ssed off at the moment having just received an email today from a company i bought something off on Sunday evening. Item was all paid for...including the £3.99 delivery which came up on the site as delivery cost...and as far as i was concerned that was the end of it...today i received this email.
