Don't agree with your judgement on the players who left for the Prem. Maybe they didn't set the Prem on fire but I dont think anyone thought they would either...but Fernandes has done very well and cost Spuds double what we sold him for so must have done something right at Wet Spam. JWP did well in his first season at the same club . KWP was always a back up player for them and cost them nothing. Robinson has done fine getting a couple of goals. As someone already said, Charles is looking very good at Fulham. It's just Dibling and THB who have yet to get going but have time on their side.

Spot on mate. Unfortunately the first season with the Northam Wall coincided with our worst season ever . The Northam has properly found its voice now and I love the way we instantly back the team with OWTS when we concede a goal. More and more songs about the players which is great. Sure there's a few crappy songs that irritate me...the father's gun Pompey one that serves no purpose...apart from when we are actually playing the Skates and the We Spy when we want is cringeworthy. Plus we've now got the Chapel crew if you want some bantz with the away mobs....win win.

Yeah it was good to be with my 13 year old lad and enjoy this moment together. His first derby league win and at 56 years old my first home one too..what a day!

Thought he was a decent Championship midfielder. Contributed more offensively in 23/24 Season than Tom Fellows did for us last season. Plagued with injuries has set him back. Good luck to him.

Last time i saw their goalscorer Tolaj play was up at the Silverlake about 3 years ago. He was on the Aldershot bench and their keeper got sent off after 20 mins. They didnt bring a sub keeper so he was brought on and went in goal...all 5ft 9 of him! Also saw Le Tiss walking out with the fans at the end yesterday, all suited and booted walking back towards the bridge and he went virtually unnoticed.

Absolutely , but more to the point it highlights how shockingly bad Sports Republic have been in player and manager recruitment which accelerated our demise from the Premier League to becoming a Championship club. I feel sorry for Bazunu but I'm glad he's not our keeper anymore.

What more could have another manager done with that squad? Well I guess get us promoted like he did..not alot else to achieve really ...maybe as runaway champions would have been nice We were always back going down with a whimper regardless of the manager . PSR and Sports Republics ineptitude in transfer dealing gave us no chance of survival. I'm not Martin fanboy thats for sure but it doesn't mean that I can't recognise the success we had under him and having a memorable season of taking my kid and him actually seeing a Saints team win regularly for a change in high scoring games...happy weekends are not to be sniffed at.

Yep exactly, we've got 8 points from our last 4 games...ticking along nicely , disappointing not to hold on today and another day we go 2 nil up instead of hitting the inside of the post . Disappointed we didn't bring in another Larin type striker after binning off, BBD, Downes, Archer and Stewart.
