In normal play, player kicks ball to goal keeper and attacker is offside. Player does nothing, goalkeeper kicks ball to player, he scores and goal is given. If the ref sees touch from keeper, has to give it?

Technically, because the goalkeeper touched the ball, can Dzecho be offside?
