  1. Once this is all said and done, we need a national inquiry into how we let Ballard go and whose decision this was. #NeverAgain
  2. Totally unconvinced that Mubama adds anything. Maybe an obvious statement but we are weaker up top than we were at the end of last season. Failure to address this is inexplicable
  3. Same for me (not on Belgian VPN)

  5. I was sceptical about JWP return. Now he is here, full weight behind him and will be bellowing ‘Jame’s Ward-Prowse my lord…’ from the stands. there is a reason Fulham signed Charles for 30million and JWP came to us for 800k. I still think we are lighter in this area. first two games of the season, we’ve looked exposed in front of the back four (compounded by some less than savoury work by Stephens [in particular] and Woods) - hopefully the new CB sures us up here and we keep hold of THB. And I know it’s very very early days but Dobbin has not convinced (I, know, I know… off the bench / goal involvement and all that), and not seen anything from Mubama to convince me he’s not a downgrade on Stewart (I know, I know… scored against Stoke, different type of player and all that) Fellows a really tough one to call. Watching him in games, he’s often looking to make all the right runs, wand the ball in front of him, but still not quite having the impact you need for such a direct player. All that to say, with poetry and sentiment aside, I’m not convinced that we are stronger in the middle or up front than we were last year. A fit and firing Jander will certainly help. But if I was being greedy; I’d still want to shift out Cam Archer (along with the obvious other candidates) and bring in another striker as well as potentially RW and another CB depending on THB of course.
  6. Has there been any actual suggestion that we’re interested in a JWP return or is this all just theoretical? like the look of this German lad. Looks like a nutter
  7. ‘Just because she do anal, it don’t make her a whore’ - Nelson Mandela (I think)
  8. Don’t worry, we’ll bring on Shea, sure up the midfield, get Stewart on to bolster the attack.
  9. Football for beginners (page 1) Rule 1. Never play the ball across your own box, in particular if you’re being pressed and never, under any circumstances, as a blind pass. Rule 2. When defending, If playing a central role, peel out to cover wide players out of position to slow down attacking play.
  10. Manning MIA… Stephens HAS to get over and cover that and Scienza drop in. Has to, screaming it as the player is running at us. Guy is an absolute liability
  11. Not sure I agree with the logic. Would you or I be better at performing oral sex on a male?? anyway, sorry… I’m probably not contributing much to the thread here. hope we sign a striker and stuff
  12. Girls give cunnilingus too, it’s 2026 ffs
  13. Honestly stunned this has happened. And so early. Thought with all that happened we wouldn’t have a realistic chance of Peretz on a perm. Thrilled to be proved wrong though. Well done saints. Nice to have some positive news
  14. I hear from a reliable source that P.Dawson has stormed the appeal hearing and ripped a fat dance routine.
  15. At the risk of alienating myself here… is anyone else kind of enjoying just sitting back and watching English football descend into total administrative collapse ??
  16. We actually already did that. Beat them 2-1. Shea scored the winner.
  17. Am I the only one who’s wondering why he wouldn’t just use smart-glasses?? I mean… shitty spy really

  19. 50p for whoever creates a video of Leo running along the Pompey fans in slow motion to ‘My Heart Will Go On’ by Celine Dion.
  20. Thanks, my friend. Some well considered points. Just to push back on a couple, however: - research into the DNA of Pompey fans has come back inconclusive; leading discourse has drawn a link between decades of impregnating of fish (in particular, the skate) with mutations in DNA; - whilst research has concluded that the hearts of Pompey fans do, indeed, beat, recent studies have highlighted how their heart rates actually increase when thinking about their sisters; longitudinal studies continue to track this phenomenon - evidence actually suggests that the vast majority of Portsmouth fans do not have jobs. In fact, the only study that argued that they do was based on an analysis of three industries in Portsmouth: tattoo shops, pubs and fancy dress shops and it turns out that all of these industries are booming because of John Westwood. - whilst there are some quantifiable studies which seem to suggest Portsmouth FC fans have children, we might highlight that these studies were based on observations of their (predominantly male) fans bringing children to the games. More recent evidence, however, suggests that these were, in fact, either dates or cases of grooming. - they do indeed have dreams (see above comment regarding sisters) I hope this provides some clarity
  21. It seems the poor lad also didn’t notice that he was holding the pen upside down
  22. At the weekend, literally at the same time as this debacle was taking place, I had the pleasure of being in Prague and was completing a tour of Sparta’s stadium. The tour guide asked me who I supported, I said Southampton, he told me how he had been at the St. Mary’s game where we beat them 3-0. I remembered what a great time that was. Things have been so shit for so long.
  23. Stop saying ignorant and backwards bullshit, much appreciated
