I have a solution to this which is fair: Carry over everything from this season, points, goal diff etc. Then play next season in full, with any fixture that was already played "this" season (such as Newcastle at home) is played, the normal 3pts for a win and 1 point for a draw etc. applies. However, when a fixture comes up that had yet to be played "this" season, (such as Arsenal at home), what ever the result, it counts double. So a two nil win, would mean 6 points and a goal difference of +4. So at the end of next season the table would be complete for a double season. Who ever wins the league gets awarded the title for this season and next season. The bottom three go down as usual. There is nothing unfair as no result are expunged.

I can't believe that they are considering rebuilding that stand, but still leaving pillars in place (to hold the roof up) that obstruct the views of those in the stand. I can't think of any other new stands built in the last 30 years that have pillars in the way.

Yes., when pressing we now hunt in packs, whereas before it was only in ones or twos. It is easy to play out through a 1 or 2 man press, but much harder through a 3 or 4 man press. 4 at the back allows more players to press than 5 at the back.

So you don’t think that her naivety and vulnerability was being exploited? Don't you think a young naïve girl, put into such a situation by rich and powerful people is less likely to refuse to do what she is asked to do and less likely to realised she is being exploited (perhaps until many years later when she is a little more worldly wise)?

Am I right in thinking you just mean the FA Cup. I seem to have a distant memory of MLT scoring 4 against them (perhaps over two legs) in the League Cup. But perhaps my memory is playing tricks on me.
