  1. That is exactly what I did! I selected two available seats next to each other, which were then displayed in the top left corner and their colour changed on the seat plan from "available" to "selected", but every time I then went to complete the purchase, only one seat got pulled through to "my basket". I could allocate this one seat to either my father's customer number or mine, but no matter what I did I couldn't get two seats in the basket at the same time to complete the purchase. I went back and forth about five times between the seat selection screen and the checkout screen, with exactly the same problem every time. In the end purchased the first ticket for my Dad, in the very front row of block 552, as soon as that purchase was complete the system kicked me out. It then took me another 40mins to log back in, by which time the other seats in the front row were unavailable! I eventually managed to get a seat behind my father in the 3rd row of the same block, but it obviously would've been nice to be sat together for the final!
  2. Finally got back into the online system and managed to get myself a ticket. The ones next to my Dad had now gone though, so I'm going to be sat 3 rows behind him. Anyone else having problems with linked family and friends tickets?
  3. Can't help the OP, but I've just had a mare. The site would not let me buy tickets for both my Dad and I who both qualify. I could select two tickets but it only put one in the basket. Ended up buying one for my Dad expecting to be then able to go back and get one for me. But it then kicked me out. Now saying I have a 1 hour wait to log back in!!! I assume that means I won't be able to sit next to my dad....
  4. I was just about to say Perry. Was an underwhelming signing that actually turned out to be pretty good, particularly considering his stature for a CB.
  5. Obviously you would need to consider the combination of transfer fee and wages before deciding if it would be cracking signing for the cash. £20m fee and £60k p/w wages would be a much better deal than £10m fee and £150k p/w wages over 5 years.
  6. Can you image the meltdown on here if we sold Romeu and Bertrand for a combined £15m! But Batman thinks that Chelsea "sell well"...
  7. Do you think they got good fees for Bertrand and Romeu, or in hindsight did they undervalue those two?
  8. As we will never be able to beat Saints at home, does that mean we'll never win the PL?
  9. Looks like White Hart Lane to me, but I could be wrong.
  10. Or it worked well to get him a pay rise (assuming that actually happened) thanks to some agent meddling. If it did, I'm not surprised the club have not publicised it, as a big pay rise to a player without any other changes to the structure of the contract is not really something to shout about...
  11. I think players are now performing at the very limits of their physical capabilities, which then means injuries are more likely. Back in the day the fitness standard was lower so the players bodies were not pushed to the limit.
  12. Eventually, you move on to the next stage and get so used to skipping past the posts that you don't even notice they are there.
  13. Might get done on the break a few times! Morgan would certainly have to be at his best.
  14. Good news. I think he will improve (most of our players do).

Ah double good news. The way he left the field at OT made me think he'd be out for a while.

Great news about Bertrand. Does anyone know anything about Romeu?
  17. Has the game sold out yet?
  18. Any news if this has been confirmed as a loan move. Unfortunately don't fancy his chances of breaking through at Saints, if a loan at L2 Yeovil is deemed to be his level.
  19. Me too. Starting to get excited now!
  20. Goes to show what a load of ******** statistics can be...
  21. Great result, nice stadium, shame it was 2/3rds empty. Really good to see the goals shared around to give our forwards some confidence. Also proves we can play without Pelle up front if required, although MK were pretty poor. Loved seeing us playing with loads of attack minded players on the pitch. We could worry some Prem teams with that positive approach.
  22. The season is long though, he may well be a regular starter by the end of the season, in a team that looks likely to be near the top of the div. I think this loan will be best judged later in the season.

But at least we know Spurs won't get it going either, as we all know they can only copy our songs.
