  1. Nope, because I got a £70 ticket in the random allocation so I’m intrigued as to what area that roughly looks like 🧐
  2. Anyone got a photo of the seat/pricing layout so I can work out where I’m sat 😂
  3. Millwall 2-1 QPR Swansea 0-1 Southampton Ipswich 2-2 Middlesbrough
  4. The Championship this season has been exciting in the sense of everyone has been shit at one point or another that it’s competitive. There’s been no standout team, despite Coventry winning the league. It’s been an incredible weak roster of teams, but that’s what’s kept it interesting.
  5. Coventry have been a poor team for some time, they’ll take a pounding in the Premier League.
  6. I’m sure they’ll be more released, I’d have thought the FA wouldn’t want a half empty ground
  7. Probably still 30,000 city tickets though
  8. Scrappy 1-0 win. Hoping for a Boro draw, let them both drop points, the pressure is on them, not us.
  9. My prediction is: Millwall 2-1 QPR Swansea 0-1 Southampton Ipswich 2-2 Middlesbrough Southampton 1-0 Bristol City Stoke 1-2 Millwall Charlton 1-2 Ipswich Middlesbrough 1-1 Sheffield United Leicester 2-1 Millwall Middlesbrough 1-1 Watford West Brom 1-1 Ipswich Southampton 2-1 Ipswich Ipswich 2-0 QPR Millwall 2-1 Oxford Preston 1-2 Southampton Wrexham 2-0 Middlesbrough Not sure how that would leave the final table points-wise
  10. It’ll be interesting to see how we set up for this, I can see the likes of Bragg and Stewart starting this so we have Downes, Larin etc for Ipswich a few days later
  11. I think we’ll get more points than those around us
  12. Got a feeling we’ll put up a good fight for this game
  13. Bristol City and Swansea away are my only real concerns for our remaining games. But when you look at other teams fixtures I can’t see many getting more than us.
  14. Everyone will have their own ideas of how the games will go, teams are going to shit the bed, and I don’t think it’ll be us. Any predictions?
  15. Blackburn tonight were one of the worst teams I’ve seen play live in twenty plus years of going. That said it was nice that we didn’t have to break a sweat and had the options to change things. Ringing the charges again and then even taking off the likes of Bree at HT for Wood, who made some fantastically timed tackles. Larin is excellent, whether we’re in this league or not next season he is an absolute unit that we should 100% be considering permanently should finances be there. Peretz once again very good, a commanding goalkeeper who can use his hands, basics. Love it. Charles and Bragg decent in the middle, Charles looks so casual and at ease in the way he plays. Cam Archer, when his name was on the team sheet I raised an eyebrow, but he was MOTM tonight. He kept beating his man in the first half, excellent assist. Second half you could see he was trying to hard, maybe a tad selfish on one occasion but deserved that goal. Another routine and professional win, draw a line, move on, plan, prepare and go again. Second is there for us!
  16. TONDA TIME IS WONDERFUL
  17. Millwall v QPR Swansea v Southampton Ipswich v Middlesbrough Southampton v Bristol City Stoke v Millwall Charlton v Ipswich Middlesbrough v Sheffield United Leicester v Millwall Middlesbrough v Watford West Brom v Ipswich Southampton v Ipswich Ipswich v QPR Millwall v Oxford Preston v Southampton Wrexham v Middlesbrough Absolute free-for-all, but I don’t see us dropping the most points out of the four teams in this run in.
  18. SECOND IS ON Absolutely called this weeks ago 😉
  19. I’d be fascinated to see some clips from that forum and those questions. 😂
  20. Scrappy 2-0, not clean, not pretty - but similar to Oxford, try and kill the game off early and then limit their attack after that.
  21. Great listen as always, loving the weekly double as the season draws to a close 😀
  22. Ipswich aren’t that good, they haven’t been that good all season, it says a lot about the quality of the league.
  23. Listened to it commuting to work the last couple of days. I thought although he got some facts wrong, whether that be forgetfulness or not, he articulated a lot of behind the scenes processes very well. You could also work out which players he was talking about when referencing specific deals; i.e. The Coutinho signing didn’t happen because the chairman at the time (Cortese) has overruled it and found someone else - quite clearly Gaston Ramirez - that was very much a “statement signing” for the club at the time. He spoke highly of Jose Fonte as a player that threw his everything behind Poch and his coaching/training. Poch is largely responsible for the way the club/clubs now train, eat healthy, sports science etc. He also mentioned “gentleman’s agreements” with players and agents, which ties up to what is documented about Tadic’s departure. The football operation, under Liebherr he had the autonomy to go out and make a deal without needing to get approval, that changed under Chinese ownership (Jisheng Gao). I thought it was a fascinating listen. He should get a bit more slack than he does but his last few windows let him down.
