Bolder thought, we actually can and should be aiming for a lot better than him. His record speaks for itself in terms of goals scored in minutes played, decent input. But does it make up for the heavy transfer fee, two and a half years injured, and his agents fannying around trying to get him more lucrative terms - no, no it doesn’t. Move on.

There’s a lot of misses in the SR era 😢 Don't get me wrong we had a largely decent window last season. But in terms of the SR model of buying low and selling high, apart from a few players they have been largely terrible. 😂

One thing I like about all the kits is they’re all very simple and smart in their own way. The second kit could be interesting because if it’s that one that’s been leaked that’s a big own goal there - they’re clearly more arsed about getting PR time rather than actual sales. That rumoured blue one is horrific.

I mean punishment has been largely served on all front now, and after it was dished out the only people that stood by it were the EFL and Middlesbrough fans, board and local journos. Everyone else said how ridiculous and harsh it was and they’ve since put a cork in it. Everyone’s over it now.

Depends entirely on what the fees are. He should be lucky to get anywhere near the terms he supposedly wanted a month ago. Quite frankly, I was hoping the club would’ve aimed higher, mainly for someone who can stay fit and step up a division.

£80M is mental. He’s decent but Christ. 😂 Great finances for those selling to Saudi, knowing full well that in a year or so’s time they’ll be available on a free or for cut price. See Jhon Duran, who is now on club five (I think) since moving to Saudi two years ago.

I don’t think having blocks instead of stripes down the back is a requirement as such, it’s dependant on what the colour schemes are, name and number fonts and colours etc.
