Just dug out my Cup Final Ticket, Turnstile C14, and Programme. Probably the best £2.50 I've ever spent .... yes £2.50. The programme is a bit of a naff affair tbh, and weighs in at 20p. To try and put it into perspective i think a pint of beer was about 30 - 40p a pint. Don't have any Dell tickets - how much was it to get in there in 76?

This. Maybe people on the bridges thought we were the team coach, as my Blue Peter Special, home made life sized FA Cup complete with Yellow and Blue ribbons was on the the front window next to the driver!! The game itself is just a blur. remember getting goosebumps when the players came out of the tunnel. The first 20 mins were a bit worrying, but o ur experience began to tell. From my position on the terraces I knew Stepney was not going to save the shot from Stokes and was already in the rafters before the ball hit the back of the net!! Luckily for me and my heart, I missed the next goal attempt at the other end (did they hit the crossbar?) as I was still dancing around like a loon!! Missed out on the pub extensions and general meyham down town as after a few swift ones in The Eastleigh dashed to my mates house to watch MOTD - no video / computers for us back then!! It wasn't so much the Cup Final itself, it was the match, the Open Top Bus and Guildhall and then the best bit of all for me Micky Channon's testimonial. What a night that was. Happy Days indeed. RIP Bobby, Ossie and Ted.

What an interesting summer we are in for...

Bringing in a shedfull of players who we can't afford on dodgy One Month Loans seems to be the way forward. It got Cheatsmuff out of League One a season quicker than we managed -
The saggy faced ***** semed pretty happy at the final whistle, smiling away as he shook NA's hand before heading off down the tunnel, safe in the knowledge none of it was his fault.

SAINTS 0-3 West Bromwich Albion // Post-Match Reaction

Or more to the point - Next Week, with Fox banned and Luke possibly still crocked against an attacked minded Spurts? -
Sunlight beamed through a Magnifying Glass (or lens of a pair of binoculars) makes a great death ray for burning ants to a crisp. The best bit is if you get it just right they explode and pop about an inch into the air. They sell Mosquito zappers out here which iare basically electrified squash rackets. You get a nicely satisfying cracking sound a a whiff of burning when you zap a mossie or blue bottle. It really packs a punch as well. For some unknown reason if seems good fun to touch it after a few too many beers - ouch!!

Double bag up and don't kiss the sheep.

Funny you should be talking about empty seats .... summer just kicking in here40c y'day .... but we have felt the effects of 2 Earthquakes in Iran this week, with serious consequences .....

The Blue (vein) Print for Man City's revolutionary 5th stand, to be named after legendary City hero Colin Bell ...... may I present The Bell End.

Obviously our statue of Ted can't compere to a statue of Michael Jackson. Every stadium should have one tbf

Those empty seats are only empty because the occupants can't go 90 mins without stuffing their faces with a couple of Horse Burgers and a pint of watered down p!ss water, which takes about half the game to purchase and consume. Simples

Played Off The Park: The Pochettino Effect

The Fat Sam / Stoke method, don't let the ball get as low as knee height all game. Neck braces ahoy for this afternoon. -

Far too much info for my liking - opposition teams now have half their homework done for them!! -
Leave it alone please.

Le Fondler, or even J Rod wouldn't have scored if he'd been up against Boruc - FACT Semi Freddo you soft tart watch at 0.36, 1.10, 1.17 and 1.40 to see how it should be done. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JTAgcFbKoeM -
After all that we have been through in the not too distant past, I wouldn't take great joy at sending any team down on the last day of the season. Of all the teams below us, I don't have any real preference who goes down in 18th spot, with the exception of Newcastle and Wigan staying up. Wigan, because when in UK it is the nearest ground to my home, so an easy trip and Newcastle as I have several good friends who follow them everywhere. I think I'd have a little smirk if WHU went down but it ain't gonna happen.

The Wayno one above reminded me of Ivan golac's bullet shot - don't think you'll ever see a sweeter strike of the ball.

Not a snowball in hell's chance of that happening ......... as we aren't playing on Monday!!

Do you mean Ipswich, where he ran past about 6 defenders as if he had a magic force field around him which wouldn't let defenders get anywhere near him?
