NHS is already one of the most efficient health services in the world.

When I see these long lists of private companies that are starting to feast on the NHS I see thousands and thousands of well paid financial types, accountants, executives sucking up tax payers money instead of it being spent on patients.

Hopefully Sunderland can get a point against Arsenal.
