Our neighbours have a roof leak in their semi. A roofing guy had a look and said "there is a joint between the two types of roof which needs pointing" (they have old slate and our side is newer). There appears to be no water coming into our side or in the loft on our side. They want us to pay half of the repairs. Anyone know if we are legally obliged to pay? Cheers.
