That would be my understanding of it, toward the end Coppell seemed to have lost interest in 'management' imo but not football, seems a decent guy and if him and AP are pals its a union that can only compliment our club.

A very moving documentary as was the one on Sunday, I too remember events of that day, vividly, from site visits to telephone conversations, had a CD on whilst driving so for 40 minutes was completely unaware of events, even when told failed to comprehend the enormity, only when watching on TV that evening did it sink in. My viewing of it now is somewhat clouded by the conspiracy theories the like of which linked above and how it could have been prevented etc...but nothing can take away the distressing images captured and the choices some of those poor people were forced to make.

KFC's always seem dirty to me, I know most fast food chains are much the same but hygiene standards at KFC in particular seem poor, remember an incident in one years ago when the girl serving held the printed till order in her hand, when grabbing the chicken put the paper in her mouth and then threw it in the box, saliva with your order ? No thank you and can I have my money back please.

Not in panic mode at the moment but remain concerned about no wins, now not so concerned about the defence, so, if our goal scorers can fulfill expectation should see that win sooner rather than later. How do you financially gain out of those you list ? from my experience both turn out to be quite costly. I do not believe you can put this in that category and this should never have 'come out' imo, as Chapel End Charlie posted when, which often happens watching Saints, a player messes up under circumstances which we can not understand like having a one on one and fluffing it etc... before we would think what a fool he should have put that away, now, your conscience will be pr1cked thinking is he 'at it'

Agree, too many parents want to be 'friends' with their children. I preferred a wallop over a grounding, I preferred the cane over a letter home which would have led to a wallop and a grounding, getting the cane from a certain Welsh teacher at school seemed to give him pleasure, however, I couldn't go home and say "Mr ********s gave me the cane and he enjoyed it", as that would have led to a wallop and a grounding.
