tbf to Pancake my e-mail from the club was subject "Player Signing", I thought 'we have our club back' !!!! they are informing fans before media and everything....then I opened it up !

For as long as the Police fail to enforce the law when dealing with this 'community' they will continue to act above the law. 5 years ago I had a vehicle stolen and had the events on CCTV, the registration of the van used by the thieves came back as a Ford Escort, however, 2 days later my fitter was behind the very same van in Winchester high street and followed it back to the 'camp' by Homebase in the city, the Police refused to enter the camp to look for the vehicle for fear of starting a riot, when I suggested I will get a private firm to carry out the inspection I was informed I would be arrested for a public order offence, needless to say we had to proceed with an insurance claim increasing our already inflated premium, the Pikeys got a nearly new transit for nothing except the agro of twinning it up. Nurses, Doctors etc.. are there to save lives yet have to pay for they're parking, it is absolute madness that if you act en masse(sic) you gain privilege over law abiding citizens, our communities should be rid for ever of their communities

I believe this is a consequence of the ITK takeover period and some of the info deliberately put out there, some looked to knock the credibility of the information and in turn the poster, the info was often simply passed on, yet the poster was picked apart and many demanded to know the source, sources more often than not can not be disclosed on a public forum due to the potential implications for the individual yet still it was demanded otherwise the info was not credible(to some), time would soon confirm credibility of the info but it was the need to know now factor that got some a little unecessary due to a very worrying period for our club. Agree but would Fry have been at liberty to dicuss the Swiss bid with Crouch or any other individual associated to a rival bid ? He is not but the man who entered into exclusivity with Pinnacle would have had one at his disposal. IMO Pinnacle have been somewhat let off due to ML remaining interested in SFC, Fry has been somewhat let off due to ML remaining interested in SFC, SFC was in the top flight for many more years than it maybe would have due to MLT remaining interested, so will let him off his poor judgement in a field of which he is not a professional, will instead continue to remember and be grateful for the contribution he made to the field he was a professional in.

I believe it is a reasonable question by OTH, if someone had organised an event for a charitable organisation and did not disclose how much was raised or where the funds had ended up fraud would be levelled at the organisers (which I am sure is not the case here) I thought I read somewhere on here that if the money raised would not be required by the club then it would indeed go to a nominated charity ?

Do not have much faith in that happening, too much protection both inside and out, always hope to hear news of Huntley and Carr along with many others who have committed heinous crimes being subject to similar to what they did, sadly when it comes to protecting pond life like these(even from themselves) our system seems to work.
