  1. This subject recently came up on another forum I have a look at. I made a note of the following website as it came highly recommended. Obviously it's a long way away, but on their site they have a good write up of the different options there are. http://www.tattooeraseglasgow.co.uk/index.html
  2. I find this post offensive, why no message stating that you don't want to offend people. Shocking.
  3. Why is it so funny though?
  4. Nice, earlier I had no formula, now I have two ways of doing it! Cheers Rob as well.
  5. Ottawa, that is fantastic. I've changed the last figure in the formula from 12 to the cell G5 (as the number of people voting changes on different lines) and this has worked a treat. For all the negative comments this forum has had recently, it's amazing the range of knowledge people have on here, meaning that so many different 'random' questions get answered. Thanks so much!!!!!!!
  6. Right you clever people, I have an Excel formula problem, so thought one of you genius-like people might be able to help me out here. On the image below you can see that some ratings have been given in columns B to F (these can basically equate to 5 star down to 1 star. So for row 5, out of the 12 people that voted, 11 people voted 5 star, 1 person voted 2 star. In columns M to Q I’ve converted to the percentage of people who voted, so for row 5, 5 star got 92% of the vote. However I want to come up with a formula that tells me the average star rating. So for row 5, 11 out of 12 votes went for the 5 star option, so common sense tells me this will be something like 4.9 on average. Then in Row 6, as 6 people went for 5 star rating, 1 person went for 4 star, 4 people for 3 star and 1 person for 2 star, I know roughly this will be around 4 star on average. What formula do I need to do, to work this out/show this in Excel? Cheers.
  7. Just been looking at the reviews on Amazon and have bought this myself now, looks an interesting read, good shout Barney!!
  8. I miss deppo already
  9. If you had taken the time to read the thread details, you'd have seen that this has nothing to do with the poster using bad grammer.
  10. You have missed an important comma from your quote! "That, combined with another clean sheet for the towering defender" ie, that performance, along with another seperate performance.
  11. So what are your thoughts? Were the comments as you expected? Do you think some good points have been raised? Do you think the comments here are different than you expected?
  12. Did you know that the bird is the word?
  13. Indeed. I work for a global company and we get emails advertising employee groups such as 'Gay and Lesbian employees' and for 'Afro Caribbean employees' and I think the same sort of thing, FFS do people actually care? maybe it's a generation thing and now that being in one of these groups isn't such a big deal, maybe they miss the attention? Gay, straight, can't decide, who cares, COYR's. Mr X, will you be wanting a Gay & Lesbian sub forum set up?
  14. This is good stuff. It just shows that if you make a valid contribution to an internet forum people will miss you and take action should you go missing for a while. As one of my biggest fears (well not really a fear as I'll be dead), but it does worry me a bit that when I'm older and die, I will not be found until the decomposing smell of my corpse causes a passing postman to alert the authorities. This thread has reassured me that as I get older I need to contribute more so that when it happens, within a few weeks someone from the internet would have taken some action to ensure I’m discovered in the very early stages of decomposition.
  15. oh crikey I forgot about them, I've got boxes of them back at my parents home from my ravings days! So my original post was a bit wrong when I said I didn't collect anything in my late teens!
  16. I should imagine you have quite a collection from over the years Deppo
  17. no-one likes a show-off Baj
  18. What do you collect or have you collected in the past? Usually collections tend to be a bit embarrassing/nerdy, but hopefully some of you will be brave and ‘fess up! When I was a very young kid I collected coins, stamps and Panini football stickers. Also collected match boxes (amazing how many different ones there were!) plus I tried to start collecting fag packets, but my mum told me off for picking them up, so that idea didn't last long! Early teens I collected beer mats (which was odd as it was before I was old enough to get in pubs and was mainly based on the fact that I got passed a massive collection from my older cousin). Also collected coca-cola stuff (had loads of bottles and cans from all over the world). I think from my mid-teens onwards, having collections seemed very un-cool, so haven’t collected anything in years. However saying that, when I was about 16 I was into a rock band and I accumulated a massive collection of their t-shirts which I had forgotten about until recently. I didn’t intentionally collect them, but just bought loads of them. Looked on eBay recently after re-discovering them and the ones from 20 years ago are selling for big bucks now to collectors as 'vintage' shirts, so by accident I have ended up with a collection of these t-shirts which I’m now thinking of selling on for the cash. These days I am into my trainers and although I wouldn’t say I collected them, it’s hard to deny that they are not a collection when I have so many pairs of them. So, what have you/do you collect?
  19. I do a few euro million lines online each week, had an email this morning telling me I was a winner, with a link to my account saying to log on to see how much I'd won. Sadly it was £6.
  20. Just say no! Seriously, I doubt the money was for her to get the train anyway.

    Arrested 11

 So Mr Shilton, if you could just complete the insurance claim form and draw a diagram in the box showing how the accident happened.

I like this thread, good work Hatch!
  23. haha, cheers mate part of me thinks it'd be good to have mod power, but another part of me wouldn't like people disliking me and making me have hurty upset feelings, which will no doubt come with such power. In the same way that mods get their names changed like Baj gets called Boj, I know that people will call me spudbum and that will make me a sad panda. For what it's worth, I think forum members should have a sense of humour test, that would weed out some of the gimpiods on here. That's another thing, as I mod I guess you can't call people gimpiods!
  24. Hope you made a few quid
  25. Good to see you back on here PES
