The app is turned off I assume, not the phone itself. If the phone itself was off then the OP wouldn't be asking about other apps to track it!

Yeah ring it and listen very carefully.

Why are there no pictures of woman at the football in this thread yet?

The fact you feel the need to tell us about this is even more disgusting!

Hopefully all these factors will be taken into consideration when we get our new larger stadium ready for European football.

Heavy Handed Northern Constabulary, Any Lawyers on here?

Is it really worth getting all upset about this? Not a great experience I totally agree (it reminds me of when I got singled out by a sniffer dog at Bournemouth station for no reason I know of) but the coppers certainly aren't getting upset about this, you're just putting yourself through more stress by getting in a flap. Just put it down to a bad experience and move on, you'll never get anywhere with this other than wasting your own time. On a seperate note......... -
Carbs are what the body uses for energy when it needs to get it quickly. If you cut out carbs totally you’ll just feel lethargic, have little energy and struggle, which in turn will mean you’re more likely to just think sod it and eat something unhealthy. You need carbs to help with the fat burning process, as well as for just keeping you going during the day, just cut them down rather than out! Pretty much agree with this, but the one thing I’d disagree with is the training hard part. Part of the reason many people fail to shift excess weight is because they train too hard to soon. If you’re in good shape already then yeah I agree, train hard, but if you are a fatso it’s not such good advice. When the human body needs energy it can get it from two different sources, energy stored as foods/sugars or from your body fat. If the body needs energy quickly it goes to the foods/sugars source as it can access this quickly (this is why energy drinks, bars, etc given an almost instant boost). Your fat takes the body a bit more time to start burning down and it needs to be more comfortable with the exercise you are doing to allow it to switch to fat burning, push too hard and your body will panic and just take the energy it needs from foods/sugars as it needs a quick source. That’s why on gym equipment the fat burning zone heart rate is lower than the cardiovascular heart rate, you need to push yourself but not to the extent you’re just burning all your energy off rather than body fat. (all just my opinion of course).

I couldn't get away with just a tash as I have a bit of a reverse Hitler going on, however in a sideburn competition I could do ok.

Cheers Essruu, I had a good idea of what I was going to do and just wanted to get some other opinions and about beards generally (although people have focused on the job bit), but you're probably right, I'm doomed anyway, I'll cancel the interviews in the morning! ta

Cheers! I don’t disagree that it ‘shouldn’t’ do any harm but I can’t help agreeing with norways comments as well! I’ll probably shave it off and then all the people interviewing me will have beards. I remember a few years ago growing my hair for a couple of weeks when I usually had it totally shaved as I was worried about looking like a thug. When I got to the interview both the guys were totally bald so I needn’t have worried cheers I’d say I’m probably about average, if I was a girl I’d give myself one! Cheers also Beardism just ain’t saintly! Cheers. I guess for some people it could be something to hind behind. Thinking about it, if I’m not sure I should probably get rid of it as I need to be as confidant as I can so don't need to be worrying about if I look like a bearded gimp!

To be fair it's had another couple of weeks growth since you last saw it and I've given the edges a trim & tidy now as well.

1. Thoughts on beards generally please, should we all grow a beard once in our life (even though they look stupid) just so we can say we have had one at one point? 2. I can’t imagine any benefits of a beard from a girls perspective, are there any? Fortunately girls don’t talk to me without a beard so having one doesn’t really make much difference. 3. Having lost my job recently I decided not to bother shaving (initially as I was just being a lazy slob sat around feeling sorry for myself), but then I thought maybe I should grow a beard as I’ve not had one before. It’s been a month now, so it looks like a genuine attempt at a beard rather than just as if I’m being lazy. Anyways next week I have two job interviews so I’m not sure if I should get rid of it or not? I guess in reality plenty of people have them and I doubt it would even be considered in an interview, I think that it’s just me thinking about it as I’ve never had one in my life before so to me it seems a bit weird to me still.... thoughts?

My memory is rubbish, but when was the last time Frazer Richardson played for us?

Was nice of them to clap our fans and us to clap them, but I thought our fans signing their names/songs was a bit cringeworthy to be honest

Saints Villa game was a highlight for me. A couple of my close mates are Villa fans and the Saints Villa game always used to be our annual day out on the pish before we were relegated. Great to get our day out back, but more importantly great to be on the smug side of the post match beers!

I've heard there's a new years eve party right here in the muppet show area and we're all invited!
-
Totally agree he should stay, but you know what things are like on here, hopefully people will hold their nerve a bit more this time if we dip in form again. Really so long as the teams below us stay below us we can get zero points from the next five games if they all do the same (I'd rather that we won a game or two though )

Does seem odd they haven't sorted it in one go with a data restore/recover, but are doing it on a case by case basis as people spot it. -
Agree with your prediction, I think we're about to go through another 'adkins out' phase, where some of the fanbase will start to panic again.

What is yours Milts? I've not got any as such. I need to get back in shape but I've already started on that and it WILL happen as I'm doing the London marathon again in 2013. I also need to start being more careful with my money as I've been pretty frivolous over the years when I could be. Now I've hit some harder times I'm finding out how foolish that was, but again that's not really a new year resolution, just something that'll change in 2013 because it has to.
